After a previous poor experience with a different rental company, my interactions with Wright Group Event Services were refreshing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional when I contacted them to rent chairs for our wedding. They were prompt communicators in sending me quotes and answering questions, and accommodating in pick up/drop off times.

Like many couples we had grand ideas but limited budget. We looked at other decor companies and were put off by the attitude and pricing. We felt a bit hostage. So our planner suggested we talk with Joe at Wright Group Event Services. Joe listened to us and then worked with our budget to create exactly what we wanted. He and his team went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The quality of the furniture and fixtures were exceptional. His attitude was friendly and positive and we greatly appreciated that he was constantly thinking of how to present solutions versus saying "no - your problem". A wonderful partner for our wedding.

We worked with Joel and he was absolutely awesome! He really took great care of us, and was the main reason we decided to work with the Wright group. He definitely listened and gave us some great ideas on how to set up our venue and what we'd need to rent. Prices were a little extravagant. The quality of everything this company provided was solid, but maybe not worth the prices.

Wright Group did the rentals for my wedding and I was very glad to hire them. I took advantage of their Amazon Local deal, which saved me a ton of money, and they accepted that without any trouble. Joe was easy to work with and very clear about how they would do their part of the job. We needed one thing that they didn't have in inventory, so they went out and bought it, saving us a lot of time and hassle. Our order was correct and arrived on time, and we had everything we needed. Note that they have moved to 1400 Yosemite Street now, and you can go visit the showroom in addition to using the online catalog. I was happy to work with them and would recommend them for your event too!

The Wright group had all of the rentals we needed for our wedding reception and delivered in a timely manner...however we have since heard from our venue that they left a table there and did not pick up when expected. But otherwise got the job done. I would use them again.
