Woodlawn Motor Coach was reliable, clean, and communicative. They brought our guests from our hotel to the venue and back at the end of the night. Even with a mishap where we had the wrong Marriott’s address in the contract, they managed to get there on time and get the guests to the venue before the ceremony began. We are so grateful for the flexibility and communication they provided us, as well as a great and affordable service!

Woodlawn Motor Coach was significantly cheaper than any other quote I got, so I was skeptical, but they were perfect on our wedding day. I had no issue booking the two school buses we needed, our point of contact Gretchen was a pleasure to deal with, and our bus drivers where prompt and professional. A few weeks before the event, my fiancé shared a timeline and maps for the drivers of where to pull up and when and the drivers followed it perfectly. We moved guests from our ceremony to the reception, and then from the reception to the after party and everything went seamlessly. Thank you!

We rented a school bus for our guests with Woodlawn Motor Coach. We had originally chosen them because they were the most affordable, but we were so glad we went with them! The bus driver was great and so personable. She made friends with all of my guests riding the bus. She was prompt and arrived on time. She waited to ensure all guests made it on to the bus for the ride to the wedding, and even stayed 15-20 minutes after her designated pick-up time to wait for me, my husband, and the bridal party as we helped clean up. Great service for an excellent value!

Woodlawn Motor Coach was exactly what we needed to get our guests from hotel to venue and back! They were on time, ensuring 50+ guests were at our venue with plenty of time before ceremony started! They were ready for pick up time and problem-solved when we couldn't find the owner of a car blocking their path at venue! Our guests were pleased with the comfy and fun ride!

We used Woodlawn Motor Coach to shuttle wedding attendees from the Marriott Waterfront to the Mansion House at The Maryland Zoo In Baltimore. The salesperson Carole was easy to work with and the bus driver, William G., was professional, personable and flexible.

Woodlawn Motor Coach was awesome in helping us transport our wedding guests to and from the hotel. John Franey and Carole Grandjean were so easy to work with and very responsive. They helped us figure out how many buses were needed and everything ran so smoothly. We transported 100+ guests to and from the hotel and they had many different shuttle size options for us to choose from. Linda help set everything up for our 4/30 wedding she was so kind and helpful . They arrived on time and were fantastic. Our bus driver noticed we hadn't gotten on the bus and swung back to venue to get us after hours . Courteous , friendly and professional . thank you so much .

Woodlawn Motorcoach was an excellent value. We had 2 school buses to take our guests to and from the venue. The main problem was that the driver's got lost on the way to the venue not once but twice. So at the end of the night, the bridal party was waiting outside for an additional 25 minutes. The wedding party took it in stride, the staff was very friendly, and thank goodness for Smartphones!

Gaylee, our rep, was very helpful and friendly (though we weren't sure we needed to hear about her foot injuries so much). She got us the best deal she could and we would definitely use them again.

My husband and I went to a friends wedding last year and they used Woodlawn Motor Coach to get school buses that shipped everyone around. We thought it was such a good idea especially since our venue was out in the country and the hotel was about a 10 minute drive away. Initially it was hard to get in touch with someone from the company. We emailed the place and didn't receive anything back. Then my husband called and they told him to email at a different address. We did that and still didn't hear anything back. Eventually he called again and the lady said she would get back to him through email. She finally did and everything worked out great. Normally we would have given up after all of the attempts but their prices are so much better than all of the other places we researched. We wanted enough buses to be able to accomodate the entire wedding so no one had to worry about drinking and driving. This was definitely worth the money.
