Our wedding was perfect from start to end and it was primarily due to Pamela Swisher (catering manager) and her team at Wolfgang Puck Catering. My husband and I were plagued with some unforeseen stressful situations right before the wedding and it was really getting us down. Pamela absolutely saved the day (in more ways than one) and turned the whole thing around. The food was fantastic, the staff was wonderful and each and every one of them went way above and beyond to make us feel very well taken care of. We are still getting compliments of the food and every single day Dave and I are saying that we wish we got to eat more of it because it was so good. They delivered on everything you promised (and more) and the staff even handled our last minute requests with ease. I contribute our happiness and the success of the entire wedding to Wolfgang Puck and for that I will always be grateful and I feel I have a long lasting relationship for any future catering needs.

The best customer service and food for the event. They are super easy to work with and made the whole process FUN! They were worth every cent and the food was amazing. Everyone commented on how great the food was! The service during the wedding was perfect and no complaints.

Best food I've ever had at a wedding. Our tasting was amazing, but I figured there was no way they could make the food that delicious for over 200 guests. Wolfgang proved me wrong. All our guests cleaned their plates and the service was tremendous.

Great service. Great attention to detail. Great food. High cost, but worth every penny.

Overall, Wolfgang Puck was fine/good. Nothing disastrous happened. But wedding planning is very stressful and I wanted to be 100% sure that my vendors could handle everything without my oversight, and I can't say that I was.

Pros:
-Serving staff was very polite and professional. Everything was clean and good quality.
-I changed my mind on a lot and they were very accommodating, as well as with special requests.
-Food was delicious - a lot of people commented.
-We were originally told they could serve alcohol provided by another vendor, but then after some staff turnover we were told a couple of months later that we could NOT do that. However they were ultimately able to match the other vendor's prices, which was a really great deal.
-Overall I felt the prices were fair.

Cons:
-Took at least a week to respond to emails.
-Some of the food actually served at the wedding was not quite the same as what we had at our tasting. Still good, but would have been nice to know we might not get exactly what we thought.
-We requested a specific vegan meal for one guest, and they gave her something completely different. I also had to personally ensure that she got it by chasing down a serving person on my wedding day, which I feel like I shouldn't have had to do, but no one from WPC had asked me what table she was at.
