We cannot recommend Jenna, Julia, and Jordan highly enough! They joined us about 90 days before our daughter’s wedding, and their guidance and organization made all the difference.
Jenna scheduled planning Zoom meetings with my daughter and me, then met individually with each of our vendors to clarify our vision and ensure everyone was on the same page. She also met with us at the venue to create a detailed layout plan. Her organization, attention to detail, and support leading up to the wedding were invaluable.
On the wedding day, Julia and Jordan were amazing. They made sure everything was set up exactly as planned, kept the day running smoothly, and allowed our family to be fully present and enjoy every moment.
Their thoughtful care and professionalism helped make our daughter’s dream wedding a reality. We truly can’t imagine going through the planning process without them and wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful team!

Jenna and her team are the best to work with. I connected with Jenna on wedding planning/coordination starting 2 months before my wedding day. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful from the very beginning. Jenna helped bring everything together for our big day and took so much stress off my plate. She asked me questions about things I hadn’t thought of and made sure every detail was sorted out leading up to wedding day. Jenna worked with me and created our timeline which was something that I had no idea how to do. She also coordinated all of the details with our vendors which was a huge help. She led our rehearsal the night before and made sure everyone knew when to do what. Her and Jordan were there on wedding day and made the day run so smoothly. I didn’t have to think about much of anything day of and truly was able just be present and enjoy our day. I cannot imagine our wedding day without Jordan and Jenna. If you’re considering booking with them, do it!

Jenna and the J team of girls worked tirelessly with this bridezilla/groomzilla. We initially thought we could take this Big Fat Jewish wedding on on our own and purchased the partial planning. We decided to go with her full wedding package because we wanted to the least amount of stress possible. Jenna and her team made our dreams come true. I don’t have a vision at first until she helped me find one. She got to know us personally so much to the point that not a single detail I mentioned one time was even left out. On the day of our wedding I was so happy, felt so close to Jenna that I professed my love her and her team because they were part of our love story and most special day of our lives. And she executed phenomenally, even 7.5 months pregnant. Jenna was the absolute freak wedding planer. Couldn’t recommend Winfield Wedding Planning more. Thank you Jenna, and Jenna’s husband for understanding and allowing her after hours phone calls, texts and communication. 100/100. Love you Jenna!!!! 💜

Jenna was such a blessing to work with! From the very first day we met she was so kind, helpful, and accommodating- and was always sure to get my opinions on everything!

I cannot rave enough about Jenna and her team! Seamless from the beginning to the end. I had a VERY specific vision in mind for cocktail hour and dinner (super stylized, think vintage and classy) and Jenna blew it out of the water. Jenna helped me put all the pieces together and thought about things/gave us ideas we weren’t thinking of before. She made sure we had everything in order even before the hand-off and day-of. She was super flexible and communicated well. The team was so friendly, funny, and on point the entire time. Our family/friends and other vendors even mentioned how polite and easy it was to work with them. If I had to do it over, I would 110% pick Jenna again!

And not to mention, they made sure we always had a drink in our hand! ;)

I hired Jenna and her team for "event coordination" services, but she was so much more than what was listed in the package! She went above and beyond for us, went to bat for us, and did everything in her power to make sure our day was perfect. She is incredibly organized and detail oriented. She handled absolutely everything with grace and professionalism. I would hire her again and again!!

We can’t say enough good things about Jenna and her team. From our very first call, we knew she was the right choice for us. Her energy and excitement for wedding planning put us at ease right away, and she gave us total confidence that we were in good hands.

Throughout the planning process, Jenna was always there. She answered calls and texts at any time, listened to every question (big or small), and explained things in a way that made everything feel simple and manageable. She shared her thoughts when we wanted advice, but always made sure we felt comfortable with our decisions. Even though we knew she had other clients, she made us feel like we were her only ones.

On the wedding day at the Westin in Savannah, everything went perfectly because of Jenna and her team. If anything went wrong, we never knew about it — she handled it all quietly and seamlessly. At the same time, she brought so much joy and heart to the day. We’ll never forget her waiting at the end of the aisle with two glasses of champagne and the biggest smile, or the tears in her eyes during our first dance. She honestly felt more like a friend celebrating with us than just our planner.

We also had to switch to a last-minute rain plan, and she made it feel completely stress-free. With her help (and our vendors), the transition from an outdoor ceremony to indoors was seamless. I had been worried about rain earlier that week, but Jenna gave me advice that completely calmed me down once it started to pour. In the end, the day couldn’t have been more perfect — all thanks to her.

From the beginning, we told Jenna we needed someone to advocate for us, especially with our families being opinionated, and she was exactly that. She balanced everything beautifully, supported us fully, and always had our backs. Looking back, we can honestly say our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her. Even if every bridesmaid and family member had helped, it wouldn’t have gone as smoothly as it did with Jenna leading the way.

To anyone considering hiring her: trust Jenna. She is a woman of her word, and when she says something will get done, it gets done. She is organized, caring, and truly meant to plan weddings.
