I ordered a headpiece from White Truffle Studio and emailed regarding the time frame. I believe I emailed about 3 to 4 weeks before my wedding (very small, intimate, stress free courthouse marriage). The website says they do not respond to emails on the weekend because of family time and I respect that but the owner emailed me right away which was a Saturday. We confirmed the item and color and ship date. She sent me payment info right away and I sent it so she could get started.
It arrived on March 15 and at first I thought it was a joke. It didn't match the description, it was made really poorly as some of the glue from the glue gun was visible, and the tulle was all cut up. I thought maybe she sent me the wrong one. I should have been upset but I was more angry that someone ripped me off for almost $300. I emailed her right away with pics and guess what? I didn't hear back at all! Not even an apology.
I recently checked the Facebook page for white truffle studio and the post the day before I recieved the pos headpiece was something like " so tired after working night and day on our photoshoots for the last 4 days..."
Stay far away from this vendor.
