Natalie, Dan and the rest of the White Hollow Acres staff gave us the most amazing wedding. She was there to help us every step of the way. She helped us set up everything for the big day and even has a ton of decorations and options to help make everything look perfect. During the event she made sure everything ran smoothly and always made sure we were taken care of. White Hollow acres is a beautiful and incredible venue if you are looking for a rustic vibe and it is a phenomenal value considering it comes with Natalie, her team and everything they do to make your day great! White Hollow Acres was so, so perfect. I cannot recommend them enough. Natalie and Dan are amazing and take such great care of the couple and guests.

First, the space. The SPACE. 😍 The perfect mix of outdoor and indoor spaces, barn feel with modern amenities. We held the ceremony in their beautiful outdoor pavilion and our receiving line heading inside to the reception hall. The on site bridal suite made the day so easy! The salon I picked came onsite, and my bridesmaids and I arrived in the morning and got ready, then simply walked out to the photo locations. It was so much easier than trying to arrange transport, and the space is beautifully decorated.

Second, the people. Natalie and Dan are great! Natalie went above and beyond to create the perfect reception space. I had some vague ideas of what I might like, and she made the dreams I didn't know I had come true. She worked with our DJ to ensure the flow for the day was seamless, adjusting effortlessly when our food truck arrived late to keep things flowing. Her expertise was what made my wedding day perfect. Speaking of expertise, she gave great recommendations for local bartenders for our open bar and for our shuttle service from the venue to the hotel we selected.

Due to the pandemic, we had a very long engagement before our wedding in September of 2022. Natalie was easy to work with during the planning process and always answered any questions I had without delay. On the day of the wedding, she was in the background making sure everything was running smoothly. She brought out wine and charcuterie for myself and the groom while we awaited our grand entrance to the reception, and toward the end of the reception she made our sparkler exit go off without a hitch.

I priced out quite a few venues with similar aesthetics and White Hollow Acres delivered the best value by far. Worth every single penny and then some 💖

I am incredibly grateful that we found White Hollow Acres. Natalie was involved and beyond accommodating during the entire planning process. Booking with Natalie does not just get you a venue to host your event; but access to her entire inventory of signs, centerpieces, linens and more. Natalie is an invaluable resource leading up to the wedding and ensures everything runs smoothly during rehearsal and on the day of. The property has everything you could ask for right on site; from the bride & groom suite, pavilion ceremony space, and spacious reception barn with a patio to allow for an indoor/outdoor event. I cannot say enough positive things about working with Natalie & Dan. Typically, throwing a party for 150 family members and friends would come with its fair share of headaches, but the entire process was stress free thanks largely in part to the Piphers! Natalie & Dan at White Hollow Acres are absolutely phenomenal in all aspects of their job and personalities. From taking a tour of the facilities, to planning, to the tiniest details, to the day of, to communication, organization, and everything in between, these two nailed it. Natalie was my main point of contact and she was amazing and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and envisioned for the day of. Natalie made sure my groom and I were well fed, hydrated, and were able to enjoy all aspects of our day despite the busy-ness of the wedding day. So much so as she met us at the top of the aisle after saying I do with waters and snacks for us to be sure we were hydrated and fed! Natalie communicated with all vendors and helped coordinate the day of vendors and needs seamlessly. There is not a single hiccup in the day that I can pin point, or anything negative I can say about this venue. They are worth every single cent and more! It has been a week since or wedding and I still am trying to find the words to express how much gratitude and love my husband and I have for Natalie and Dan. From the first moment we met Natalie I knew that WHA was exactly where I wanted to get married, not only because the venue was everything I ever dreamed of but because of the heart and care her and Dan put into each wedding they host at their venue. I don’t know how they do what they do, from bringing everything you need for the day of to rehearsal so you don’t have to worry about it, having our bridal room, groom room AND the whole venue completely decorated upon your 8AM morning arrival the day of, it was beyond my wildest dreams. She is more than an owner and host, she is your wedding planner, your decorator, your rentals, and much more. She’s EVERYTHING you need to make your day absolutely PERFECT without you and your family having to worry or lift a finger! We put complete trust in Natalie and Dan to take the reins and make our day special and it was nothing short of the happiest day of our lives ❤️

Natalie and her husband are very kind and generous people. They did everything possible to make sure our wedding day went smoothly. They are so easy to work with and really made the experience less stressful. The venue is absolutely stunning.
