Whimsical Key West House is a boutique wedding venue located in Homestead, FL. Just 50 minutes outside of the heart of Miami and 30 minutes away from the Florida Keys, the property offers a lush getaway. The grounds boast 5 acres of verdant landscaping, creating a paradise-like setting for special occasions with up to 150 guests.
Only hosting one event a day, the venue will provide you and your loved ones with a private, luxurious setting for your celebration. The main house features modern, bright designs with beach-inspired accents and can accommodate ceremonies and receptions. Leafy palms and other greenery surrounding the building form a tropical ambience. When celebrating here, you can enjoy the warm Florida breeze thanks to the covered outdoor patio complete with a plush couch and ceiling fans. Beside the house, you and your partner are welcome to relax before the festivities in separate get-ready suites. Each includes cozy furnishings and modern amenities to make preparing an comfortable, unforgettable experience for you and your loved ones. At the back of the house is the Blue Lagoon outdoor area. Featuring market lighting draped between palm trees, lounge seating, and azure pool, it can be used day or night for any aspect of your celebration. After the sun sets, you can avail of the expansive stone fire pit or private, sunken grotto to create additional long-lasting memories. For a more in-depth look at the venue, the owners invite you and your partner to visit for a tour.
Our all NEW lodging house can be added to any package for an additional fee. This lodging house has a minimum 2 night stay but can be used as a private area for a rehearsal dinner and for family members or bride and groom to stay!
The team at Whimsical Key West House is devoted to providing couples and their loved ones with one-of-a-kind events at their venue. A variety of services such as bar rental and dessert options along with wedding design and planning are available. For a seamless dining experience, there is an outdoor, fully equipped kitchen and covered prep area that can be used by your caterer of choice. Valet parking can also be provided on the day of your event for the comfort and convenience of your guests.

This amazing property is certainly a brides dream venue location. Xiomara and Ray the property owners are one of a kind. The property is certain worth visiting. Every time we cater a wedding at this venue everyone feels right at home and no one wants to leave at the end of the evening. We team with Xiomara to do tours and tasting once a week.
