The Whimsical Key West House is an exclusively outdoor event venue. The venue has a unique fire pit area, a sunken grotto space, and the Blue Lagoon pool, making it suitable for any occasion. There is also an island area, a beach area, and the Tree of Life. Each outdoor haven presents wonderful photo opportunities, offering idyllic spots for making memories. Whimsical Key West House also has two spacious indoor dressing room areas for brides and grooms. These get-ready suites are perfect for the wedding party’s preparations leading up to the most important moments of the big day. This venue can accommodate events of up to 200 guests, allowing for both smaller and larger occasions to be held here. The spaces available are suitable for events such as bridal showers, elopements, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies and receptions, and more.

Absolutely beautiful and spacious venue!
Whimsical Key West house is breathtaking. It's a true tropical oasis with so much space making it the perfect venue for hosting an event even during a pandemic. We chose the Key West house prior to COVID and the venue was flexible and helpful when we decided to change our date as a result. What makes this venue so unique is the number of different areas (pool with the lovely limestone-looking deck, HUGE back lawn with string bistro lights that provide ample lighting, banyan tree, a secret little grotto, fire pit, and a cool side-yard with a huge anchor and sand) on the property so our guests were able to experience the full beauty of it. Even better, while we weren't able to use the indoors of the home, we could use the two getting ready spaces that were perfect for our groups. The family who owns the home and the staff that supports the venue were extremely helpful throughout the day. They were welcoming and supported us in getting the fire pit area ready for our DJ (e.g., getting the power set-up), answering any questions we had, assisted our planner in getting the vendors situated, and circled the property in advanced to ensure everything looked its best. Beyond this, they allowed us to use their dryer when one of our ring bearers had a pool accident in full wedding attire! All in all the Whimsical Key West House was exactly what we wanted for our big day!-

This amazing property is certainly a brides dream venue location. Xiomara and Ray the property owners are one of a kind. The property is certain worth visiting. Every time we cater a wedding at this venue everyone feels right at home and no one wants to leave at the end of the evening. We team with Xiomara to do tours and tasting once a week. Give Josh or Xiomara a call and book a tour and tasting. It is certainly worth the visit.
