Heather and her team catered my wedding on 10/21/21! She’s amazing. The food was delicious. She went above and beyond to cater to my special requests wit no hesitations. I would use her again in a heartbeat! Definitely recommend for any event

We used WCC for their bar service for our wedding at Bending Branch Ranch! Heather and her team were absolutely amazing getting everything we wanted for the bar and our signature drink. Our guests loved how quickly they got their drinks and the drinks they ordered. The bartenders did a great job with some of our more inebriated guests and their professionalism was top notch. I appreciate all they did during the wedding.

We just hard our tasting today with Whatever's Clever Cuisine. Heather has been so helpful and understand with my vision of how I want the food. She helped find food that not only me and my fiance loved, but my family enjoyed very much. Her food is full of amazing flavors that open your eyes to new possibilities with every bite. She has been so good with keeping us within our budget while still find ways to make our wedding meal sensational. Amazing flavors, best ever! Can't wait to eat their food at our wedding. Blew me out of the water with the impressive culinary skills. Especially with all the fear of Covid 19, she has manage to put our minds at ease. I couldn't have chosen a better caterer. ♥️🤗🌺 You absolutely must taste their food. Once you do, you won't need to go anywhere else.

Heather helped plan and arrange my daughter’s destination beach wedding in Palm Coast and did a wonderful job for us. She meet with us on very short notice in the beginning and we hired her after that meeting. We so appreciated her organizational skills, attention to detail, her contacts and suggestions. She was assertive when necessary in order to keep the event running as scheduled and smooth. It was a pleasure getting to know and working with her. Her goal was to keep our anxiety and stress level minimal which she did! Thank you Heather for all your assistance and helping my daughter’s dream wedding a reality!

Heather and whatever’s clever cuisine have been with us through the beginning of my wedding planning journey. Through the old venue owner drama up until the very day of our wedding with the new owners. When I thought things were going out-of-control Heather reassured me that things would be OK and for that I’m truly grateful. We originally hired Whatever’s Clever on to provide passed appetizers and dessert shooters but later hired Heather on as day of coordinator, and Whatever’s clever for bar services and servers. Even through a couple of hiccups, Heather and her company provided many different services with great flexibility. Friends and family absolutely loved the desert shooters and jalapeño poppers and we are thankful for their services.

Heather was great she was responsive from the beginning till the end. She had asked to see the venue before hand that was a plus. Love being prepared. Now for the day of the wedding of coarse everything's so crazy busy for the bride and groom so we thought when they offered to serve us our plates it was going to be great. Than we got our plates there was several different bbq sauces along with everything on the dinner menu just scattered all over the plate everything had blended. We had some of the passed along appetizers on our table when we had sat down ,I thought that was awesome I was afraid we'd miss out during that time because we were taking photos. I had ordered the empanadas and the chicken cordon blue skewer as our passed along appetizers. The empanadas were very good loved the Presentation. Than there was a meatball shaped ball on top of a sauce . I thought oh wow this is a different way of making chicken cordon blue skewer. I went on my honeymoon, and had come across a menu when I got back and it read on the menu a Buffalo chicken skewer not a fan I hate Buffalo anything thats why I didn't order that . I also had requested my fiance get asparagus instead of the green's beans because he wont eat green beans and asparagus was never served to him. Than we had our cake cutting services Heather assisted with that but to the bride I would Specify that you want your cake served out or for people to come get. Other than that the crew she brought was very nice and my guests said they loved the food. Some told me they didn't know where the cake was .
