We hired Western Belle to provide a trial for wedding makeup. They cancelled the trial last minute. Once we rescheduled, the trial was disappointing. The makeup was flat, the materials used were low quality and the provider lacked professional appearance. So we decided not to use them for our wedding. They then threatened to take us to court over payment for wedding services which they did not provide. They refused to discuss over the phone, sending numerous emails, and adding ridiculous late fees that were almost as high as the bill itself.
