Our wedding at Border Grill Las Vegas on 10/10/20 was absolutely amazing! The food here is always spectacular and was the main reason we booked our wedding with them. We also had our ceremony, which was gorgeous under the twinkle lights with the palm trees in the background. We had the South Dining Room and Patio for our dinner & reception. The ceremony was on the North Patio.
We booked with Jonelle back in September 2019, before the pandemic, and she was amazingly helpful with room selection, menu, and planning. We were supposed to visit again in April 2020 to find the rest of our vendors and finalize planning, but had to cancel because everything was shutdown. Jonelle stayed in touch with us and kept us up-to-date on the reopening. Rachel became our point person in August and was our day-of-coordinator. She was amazing! She met with us a couple days before to go over the floor plan and timeline and she explained all the safety precautions due to covid. She even gave me a shot right before the ceremony when she could tell I was overwhelmed!
The whole staff was so helpful and sweet and genuinely excited for us (even though there were 3 or 4 other weddings going on). We felt like we had the place to ourselves. We felt safe and were actually able to let loose and have some fun!
I cannot recommend Border Grill enough. Choose it for the food alone and you won't be disappointed, but it's also an amazing value and beautiful location, with thoughtful experts to help you through your day.

We got married on June 27, 2017 at the Border Grill Mandalay Bay! We had an outstanding experience! It was a "God thing" that we got married there. It was definitely meant to be! Destiny and Karly are the two ladies who helped us out! They were exceptional and did everything they could to make our wedding extra special! They gave us so many wonderful ideas and always went out of their way to make it fit our needs. I would highly recommend the Border Grill for your wedding or event! I would ask for these ladies, because they were the best and I can't wait to go back to Las Vegas to visit them again! It was a memorable event thanks to them! The Border Grill had fantastic food as well! Our families loved it and kept talking about it when it was over! Thanks again Border Grill and all of the wonderful people that made our special day so "special"!

I had an in-suite reception so we only used Border Grill to provide catering. The food was well-priced and absolutely delicious. The food arrived exactly when expected and was set up onto the tables quickly. They also gave us an insane amount of food per portion ordered. I only ordered 30 portions of chicken and 30 portions of steak and somehow that worked out to 2 giant carafes of each. We had a ton of food left over. But, I'd rather have way too much food than too little. Guest favorites were the Chile Lime Shrimp (luckily I got to try one before my guests devoured them all), the Cumin Garlic Skirt Steak (normally presented at a carving station but served in a carafe to save space), and the Cinnamon Infused Plantains.

My husband and I chose Border Grill for our wedding reception on March 11th 2017 and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. We had an AMAZING experience thanks to our coordinator Nikki Mindorff and the awesome staff at Border Grill… not to mention the incredibly DELICIOUS food!!

Nikki truly helped us to plan and have the wedding reception of our dreams… she was easy to work with, accommodated all of our requests (including a dietary restriction of one of our guests), and went above and beyond her call of duty… She went on Pinterest with me to make sure the sugar flowers on my wedding cake were exactly what I envisioned. She checked the weather for our wedding weekend and let me know when the beach and lazy river were opening so that our guests could enjoy the resort amenities. She answered the phone every time I called and responded to email messages in a very timely manner. When I met her in person for the first time, she felt more like my friend than my reception coordinator. I told her that she was part of my DREAM TEAM and I meant it.

Our servers, Autumn and Brandon, were wonderful. The food at Border Grill is so delicious, my husband and I ate there three times during our wedding weekend... even cancelling our reservations at another high-end restaurant, just so we could enjoy Border Grill one more time. The manager, Darlene Bonaventura, made sure our last dinner in Las Vegas was special and memorable; greeting us and treating us like we are part of the Border Grill family. She even held onto our cake topper, reception accessories, and the top tier of our wedding cake until the day we left Las Vegas.

If you are looking for a BEAUTIFUL and fun location for your reception… this is the place for you. When I showed photos of our reception to a friend of mine she said, “It looks like your reception is straight out of a wedding magazine,” and I TOTALLY agree! Thank you Weddings by Border Grill!!

I had contacted Border Grill to secure my date at least 18 months in advance. In that time I had 3 different wedding coordinators but each were on the ball and were given a complete hand-over of my file. Destiny and Nikki were brilliant. They were able to answer all my questions or point me in the right direction. We hired the South Dining Room and adjoining outdoor patio. It was intimate and at night beautiful. The food was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend doing the food action stations. Plus the owner and one half of Too Hot Tomales, Susan Feniger, came down to say hello and to offer her congratulations. I was absolutely beside myself. Shout out to their brilliant staff Darlene, Tiffany and Marlin. They really looked after us and spoilt us. Thank you for an amazing evening!!

My husband Josh and I jut had our reception at Border Grille on 12/12. Everything was more amazing than I could have imagined! The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the drinks were to die for! Our event planner, Nikki, was so sweet and accommodating to all our our requests! I am gluten-free, and they made sure all the food we ordered was prepared as such. Tiffany was our banquet server, and her service was impeccable! She made sure we always had exactly what she needed, and that all of our guests were happy. We would definitely pick Border Grille if we had to do this all over again! We are looking forward to returning again l the next time we are in Las Vegas! Thank you again to all of the staff who made our special day extra amazing!

When I originally called I was quoted $6000.00 dollars which was way over what we were looking to spend for a casual small after party. Thank God she asked me what was my budget and we were able to discuss further! The setting, location, FOOD and CAKE (yes, the package included a cake which we were not expecting) were AMAZING!!! And the staff, they were the kindest and most helpful! I was not expecting anything like it. I am forever grateful and would recommend anyone looking for a reception type gathering in Las Vegas to book here! You will not be sorry!!!

We had our wedding reception here just 5 days ago (hard to believe!) and it was amazing! Everyone I worked or spoke to in planning the event, were incredibly sweet and helpful. I worked with Christina over the phone and then Destiny, Christy, and Betty I believe at some point. I booked this site unseen and had never had the food. I was so happy and relieved when my guests commented (unsolicited) on how amazing the food was. I unfortunately only got a couple bites of things; we did various hors d'oeuvres and a 2hr open bar with margaritas and sangria. We had the room for 3 hrs, food and drink was plentiful, they set up the decor for me (I had brought the items the day before), I played my ipod through the sound system in the room which was fine, and the room itself, was perfect for our 45 guests. I have no complaints. However, the next time I am in Vegas I will definitely be going there to actually eat the food that everyone raved about!! :-)
