About

Weddings at the Homestead is a historic wedding venue in Branson, Missouri. This unique location offers a variety of spaces for you to choose from for your event. With beautiful hills, grassy meadows, a gorgeous creek, magnificent valleys and an authentic barn, this venue has everything you could imagine. There are tons of wonderful photo opportunities and picturesque spaces on this property. The property has been owned by the Michel family since 1885, and they want to be able to share their history and heritage with you.

Facilities and Capacity
This venue can accommodate groups of up to 400 in a variety of spaces. There are wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces that can be customized to your personal vision for your wedding. There are tent options, outdoor spaces, the barn and two unique log cabins available for your use.

Great Wedding Experience

Weddings are meant to be an intement experience that you will cherish forever, not stressful and overwhelming. Jeff and Heather Michel's Weddings at the Homestead venue did just that. Our family was able to create a dream wedding that looked like a million bucks, but didn't cost a million bucks! Unlike many area venues, they are very resonably priced and you are able to make it your own. The natural beauty that surrounds the venue is breath taking, and Heather repeatedly asked if there was anything they could do to help. Her input helped us to organize and prepare a beautiful wedding for our daughter that we will never forget.

Wonderful venue, people, prices, and views.

My husband Kyle and I had a few rare wedding ceremony requests one of them being a sunrise wedding. They accommodated every need we had and helped us to see the dream we always had for our wedding come true! They helped make us feel comfortable and right at home on one of the most important days of our lives. The owners are honest and very generous people. Not to mention their prices by far beat the competition and you get so much more for your money. They worked with us from our payment schedule to the time we had to arrive at the venue ( which was 2 am). The venue is absolutely beautiful and the family history behind it is charming and heartwarming. If you're looking for a place with beauty, family history, wonderful views, great value and a wedding you'll never forget then The Homestead in Branson is the right place for you.

I highly recommend Weddings at the Homestead!!

My bride and I wanted a fairytale wedding and that is exactly what we had at Weddings at the Homestead. Our wedding day was amazing. There is so much natural beauty at this property. If you like options this is the place for you. From outdoor weddings to the coolest old barn I have ever been in. Jeff and Heather Michel where great to work with. They made sure we had everything we needed and are super sweet people! Having this place for our big day was a huge blessing.

Absolutely stunning venue!

Weddings at the Homestead was an amazing venue for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding! The grounds and facilities are top notch and the owner’s were very accommodating to every need and request we had. If you’re looking for a venue with stunning views and great amenities I would highly recommend this venue!

If I could, I would give this place 10 STARS! Jeff & Heather are SO amazing, very accommodating, and super easy to work with!! They go above and beyond and keep up the most beautiful land! The number one thing I heard at my wedding was how we picked such a “fairytale venue”! I couldn’t agree more!!!

Weddings at the Homestead was the perfect venue for my wedding! The scenery is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for pictures! The Michel's are a pleasure to work with and truly care about helping make your wedding day as special as possible! Overall, this is a great place to get married and I'm very pleased with how it all turned out!

The location and buildings are beautiful! The barn has a charming rustic feel which made decorating simple and almost unnecessary. There are so many options for photos and the owners were flexible and very helpful. As the whole venue is at your disposal, there was no set up rush or stress and we truly had their whole property to play with. The two downsides are there is no kitchen setup place and only one bathroom, but overall it is great bang for your buck!
