Very easy to deal with, and would use again.

They were incorrect on the packaging on what size the pic frame was so I had to hand cut each photo for it to fit. They looked really neat and the set up we made for them was awesome.

I spent over $66 on chocolate coins. I purchased 25 milk chocolate in gold foil and 25 dark mint chocolate in green foil ($32.50 total for 50 coins). I also purchased 40 shamrock coins. The shipping was over $21. BEWARE when ordering from this company. If THEY get the order wrong, they will try to charge you shipping for returning merchandise. They negligently switched the colors of the foil. When I asked for this to be corrected, they initially only offered 10% back (which would be about $3.24), and I would have to keep the coins. I wanted the mint ones in green. Sorry, but this is for my wedding. After a slew of emails on why I should be refunded my entire order, they finally agreed to send a shipping label! I really didn't need the hassle, and refunding me was not an original option. The "manager" from the site wrote as follows; "The easiest way of solving this issue would be for you to keep the order as is. I will offer you 10% off your order because of our error in wrapping the chocolates." Really? I spent over $66 and you want to refund me 10% off my order, about $3? When they finally agreed to refund the shipping, I took that as a gesture of good faith and wrote back, thanking them and stating that I would reorder. The response? "I'm sorry, but we will not be able to process any future orders from you." DO YOURSELF A "FAVOR" AND DO NOT ORDER "FAVORS" HERE. The vendor is unreliable, unprofessional, and they do NOT bill you under weddingfavors.com. They used a different name for my paypal billing, which to me signifies that they probably have had problems before. Once this vendor gets your money, you will have MAJOR HEADACHES trying to "fix" their mistakes. Also, they disputed my review here in an effort to try and stop it from being posted!!!!
