The team over at Wedding Vibe Central were absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they assisted with every single detail. They found us the most amazing vendors, that completely matched our vibe. They really knew their stuff. They made sure that the venue had all the documents they needed from our vendors when we had totally forgot. They worked well with all of the vendors and everyone took direction from them easy peasy. Everything was so organized. We didn't have to lift a finger at all.. I truly truly recommend them to every bride and groom out there!

I don't think I can even put into words how happy I was with Wedding Vibe Central. Theresa was an absolute inspiration for us and handled everything seemlessly. She thought of questions that I never would have even thought of.

She meticulously planned every single moment from start to finish, even selecting our beautiful venue. We were so torn on where we wanted to get married, but she researched a bunch of venues for us that aligned with our theme and our personalities and our style. Her company even did our Save The Dates & Invitations , which were so beautiful!

All of her team were amazing, tending to my guests and my family, making sure last minute details were done, talking to the venue staff and coordinating dinner in a quick and inefficient way. We had 352 guests and dinner was buffet style so you can only imagine. It was not chaotic at all. It moved so smoothly. I was actually really surprised at how involved Theresa and her staff were every time I turned around she was there assisting.

What really impressed me the most was how one of her assistants led my grandma around most of the night by his arm. I think she kind of got sweet on him. Heehee. To me that was going so far past above and beyond.

Please, if you are looking for a nontraditional wedding planner or a wedding planner at all, Wedding Vibe Central is where your search should end. So family oriented, that now my sister actually is now going to use them for her wedding next year.

Highly recommend.

From the first time I spoke with Theresa, I knew she was going to be wonderful to work with. I had consultations with other wedding planners but none of them made me feel as if they listened as closely as Theresa did. Every single time we communicated she was patient, open-minded and put me at ease. As second-time bride who had no help with planning the first time around, I could not be more thankful that I found Wedding Vibe Central this time. Our day was absolutely perfect because of them!

I did not end up using Theresa as my wedding coordinator due to several red flags that gave me pause.

During our first phone meeting, she told me she had many years of experience in the wedding industry. However, after looking into her new company, I found a recent post from her saying she was brand new to the industry and was going to “try it out.” That was very different from the claims of long-term experience, and it concerned me.

Her website also raised concerns. It was filled with stock photos, which can easily give the impression that she worked those weddings. To this day, the website and her Instagram still feature a mix of stock photos and real ones, which I find misleading.

Lastly, a few weeks after a phone meeting with her, she texted me to say she was still available for my date and gave me until the following week to reconsider. I responded the very next day (well before her deadline) to decline her services. Within minutes, she texted me back saying it was fine because she had already filled the spot. This rubbed me the wrong way. If the date was already booked, why reach out and give me a week to decide? It felt unprofessional and disingenuous.

Because of these red flags, I chose not to move forward with her and would encourage other couples to carefully do their research before booking.
