Wanda Montes salon was flexible and professional and was able to take care of my hair, nails and makeup all in one go. They were also able to accommodate my entire wedding party as well as my mother, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law on relatively short (<1 week) notice. I liked that I didn't have to run around to multiple salons to get all of the services done and that they were able to provide a consultation/practice session for the hair and makeup. Both the hair/makeup stylist, Juan, and the manicurist were responsive to my requests and able to replicate pictures of the hair and nails I wanted. In addition, Juan did a great job on the make-up, particularly since I had no idea what should be done. The end result was amazing -- not only did I look great in the photos and video, but I felt comfortable and able to dance all night without fussing with my hair and makeup.

I had my hair and make-up done by the wonderful and extremely talented Jennifer! I had met with her a few days before my wedding and showed her pictures of what I wanted. She gave me some advice on my make-up and said that it would be too glittery and it wouldn't look as nice with the flash. I opted not to do a make-up and hair trial because I trusted her judgement. The day of my wedding; I arrived with my mother, mother-in-law, and my 5 bridesmaids. Jennifer did such an amazing job with my hair and make-up that I almost cried. She did exactly what I wanted her to do. After she did my hair she said she didn't like it. She told me to trust her and I did and it turned out even better than before. My bridal party looked absolutely stunning and I could not have been happier with the way everything turned out. Highly recommend!!

Ivelisse at Wanda Montes Salon in Isla Verde was awesome. She made me look years younger! She can create any hairstyle and is fabulous with makeup application. They will travel to your hotel as well.

You can not go wrong with either Carmen or Ivelis when it comes to makeup. They are a full blown hair, skin, makeup, facials, mani/pedi, etc.... Highly recommend for weddings in the San Juan area.

The experience in Wanda Montes Salon was great, Ask for Carmen, she is the best. She made the trial and she did not stop until I was completely happy!! On my wedding Day she exceeded the expectations. The makeup was Beautiful the hair gorgeous and the nails stunning but delicates. The experience was awesome, my wedding party got their hair and makeup there too and they put us all together on a different room-awesome experience! I just loved it! Ask for Carmen you won’t regret it! :)

I can say I didn't know what I was expecting when I got to PR. All I needed was to get my hair washed and dried the day before my wedding and that ended up being a hot mess. When I got there the power had went out and all scheduled appts were an hour behind. They were not every clear on what was going on and who will be treating me. I have curly hair and was wearing extensions, I don't know why but the lady doing my hair decided to blow dry my hair straight, with no pretreatment or getting under the dryer for a few. Lets just say 3 hours later she was still trying to straighten my hair, I had told her I also had an appt to do my nails (that they forgot about) so she was flat ironing my hair while I was doing my nails. At the end my hair was frizzy, dry looking and my friend had to catch me when I was charged around $200!! I was disappointed to say the least and upset to be charged so much. Not a happy camper the day before my wedding!
