Rodney and Kelli were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. What meant the most to us was how patient and understanding they were with our autistic son and how they made sure to include our dog too! They made our whole family feel comfortable, and nothing ever felt rushed or forced.

We hired Vivid Endeavor Media for our engagement shoot at Balboa Park, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! You can tell Balboa Park is like a second home to them. They knew so many beautiful spots that we would’ve never found on our own, and every location was somehow better than the last.

What really stood out was how much fun we had. Nothing felt forced or awkward. Rodney and Kelli made us feel comfortable, kept us laughing, and made the whole experience feel more like hanging out with friends than being at a photoshoot.

And the pictures?! AMAZING! We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. If you’re looking for photographers who know what they’re doing and genuinely love what they do, Vivid Endeavor Media is it. We highly recommend them!

We found Vivid Endeavor Media literally THREE DAYS before our civil wedding at the courthouse! We came across them on Facebook, checked out their website, and the photos were off the chain! Their Instagram was amazing too, so we decided to take a chance on them. And let me tell you, that was one of the best decisions we made!

We only booked them for two hours. I had already told them we weren't going to have time for getting-ready photos because of the hours we booked. Well, Rodney and Kelli showed up an hour and a half EARLY! They told us it was really on their hearts to make sure we had those moments captured too. They didn't charge us anything extra. They just wanted to do it for us. And that alone meant so much.

That same night, they sent us sneak peeks, and within a two weeks, we had our entire wedding gallery! My mom still talks about how much of a blessing they were to our family.

One thing I will tell any bride or groom is PLEASE be mindful of who you choose as your photographer. I never realized how much a photographer could actually make your wedding day better until we experienced it ourselves.

You can tell Rodney and Kelli have been doing this for a while. They knew things were going to happen before they even happened. They knew how to calm everybody down, where we needed to be, what we needed to do, and how to guide us through everything without making us feel rushed or overwhelmed.

This was our first time getting married. It was just a civil wedding at the courthouse, and we didn't have a wedding planner or anything like that. But honestly, it felt like we had photographers, wedding planners, and two friends all wrapped into one.

And I think that's what stood out to us the most. It wasn't just about them taking beautiful pictures, even though our pictures came out AMAZING! It was the fact that they genuinely cared about us. You could feel that they wanted our day to be special, not just that they wanted to do a good job and go home.

We took a chance on two people we found on Facebook three days before our wedding, and they ended up being one of the biggest blessings of our entire day.

My husband fainted twice during our wedding ceremony. Literally twice at the altar.

It was honestly scary. Everything stopped the first time it happened, and our photographer immediately came over to help him, got him water, made sure he was okay, and stayed with him until we knew he was ready to continue.

Then it happened AGAIN.

At that point I was obviously worried, but they stayed completely calm. You could tell they had been doing weddings for a long time. Once my husband was feeling better, they were showing him how to stand, reminding him not to lock his knees, and checking on him throughout the rest of the ceremony so it wouldn't happen again.

That was probably the moment I realized we had hired the right people.

Of course, having your groom faint twice completely throws off a wedding timeline. 😂 Everything ran behind, and unfortunately we lost most of the time we had planned for our romantic portraits.

I was honestly disappointed because the couple portraits were one of the biggest reasons I wanted Vivid Endeavor Media. We had already done our engagement photos with them, and I loved how they photographed us. I'm picky about pictures of myself, and I really wanted those beautiful wedding portraits I had seen them create for other couples.

None of what happened was their fault, so I assumed we would just have to accept that we missed those photos.

Instead, they offered us a post-wedding session at no additional charge.

We met at Pasadena City Hall afterward, and those are hands down some of my favorite pictures of us. They are absolutely beautiful. Like, I know everybody thinks their wedding pictures are beautiful, but these pictures are BEAUTIFUL. 😂

That really sums up our experience with them. They just kept doing things they technically did not have to do.

They also gave us our RAW photos on a hard drive, which I really wanted. The only problem was I have an older computer and could not figure out how to open the files. I mentioned it thinking they would probably just tell me what program I needed.

Nope.

One of them actually met me during my lunch break, opened my computer, helped me download the right software, and stayed until I could open and view everything myself.

I remember thinking, what photographer is meeting somebody on their lunch break to fix their computer? 😂

Then they did a print promotion and ended up sending us a print for free too.

At some point I told my husband these are the kind of people you have to tip because if you don't stop them, they will just keep giving you stuff. 😂 They really do roll out the red carpet.

I'm also not somebody who gives amazing reviews just because someone was nice to me. I'm particular, I notice details, and if I spend money on something, I have expectations.

They exceeded them.

We've already recommended Vivid Endeavor Media to our family, and they recently photographed my cousin's wedding too. Seeing them there didn't even feel like seeing vendors anymore. It felt like seeing people we already knew.

They've kind of become part of the family at this point.

The pictures are beautiful, but the way they treated us is really what made me take the time to write this.

Rodney and Kelli with Vivid Endeavor Media captured our wedding at the Santa Barbara Courthouse, and we seriously could not have asked for a better experience. We booked their photo and video package, including drone footage, which was one of the things we were most excited about, and they absolutely delivered.

From beginning to end, our day was full of laughs. Rodney and Kelli have a way of making you feel so comfortable in front of the camera. They made us feel beautiful, handsome, confident, and like we actually belonged in front of the lens.

Nothing ever felt awkward or overly posed. They kept us laughing and made the whole experience genuinely fun.
What impressed us even more was how prepared they were.

This was their first time photographing a wedding at the Santa Barbara Courthouse, so they went there the day before to scout the entire property, look at the lighting, and figure out the best locations for our photos. By the time we arrived, they already knew exactly where they wanted to take US.

And the posing! It honestly felt like they had a thousand different poses and prompts ready to go. Nothing felt repetitive or boring. Rodney especially pays incredible attention to detail. If we needed to move an inch over for better lighting, fix something small, or completely change a setup to make the photo better, he did it. You can tell he really cares about getting the shot right rather than just rushing through a checklist.

And as you can see from the photos, everything turned out absolutely stunning. We are so happy we chose Vivid Endeavor Media to document such an important day for us. The entire process was easy, fun, and professional, and the memories they gave us are something we'll have forever.

Rodney and Kelli were amazing to work with from beginning to end. Rodney first captured our engagement photos at the windmills in Palm Springs, and then Rodney and Kelli photographed our wedding at the courthouse and the Old Chapel in Riverside. What stood out to us most was how willing they were to go above and beyond. We were late to our engagement session, and Rodney still gave us an extra hour so we could get everything we wanted. On our wedding day, they stayed beyond the time we had contracted because they wanted to make sure the entire day was documented. We were never charged anything extra. You could tell they weren’t just watching the clock. They genuinely cared about capturing our story and making sure we had the memories that mattered. Even now, when we want to share photos of ourselves or update our profiles, we still go back to the wedding gallery Rodney and Kelli created for us. Those photographs have become some of our favorite images of ourselves. We had such a great experience with Vivid Endeavor Media and would absolutely recommend Rodney and Kelli to anyone looking for photographers who genuinely care about the people they’re capturing.

On our wedding day, they were professional, personable, and brought such a positive energy. Neither of us is naturally comfortable in front of the camera, but they made everything feel easy and natural. We were able to enjoy our day without feeling like we were constantly posing for pictures.

We absolutely loved the photos we received. They captured so many beautiful moments between us and our families, and some of our favorite images were moments we didn’t even realize they were photographing.

What stood out most to us was how much Rodney and Kelli genuinely cared about capturing our story. You can tell this is more than just a job to them.

If you are looking for the perfect pair to capture your wedding Vivid Endeavor Media is a no-brainer. They were professional, easy-going, and super fun! We received a sneak peek of our photos within a few short weeks of our wedding! I had friends who got married weeks before us and are STILL waiting on their photos from different photographers. You also have the ability to download all of your photos without a watermark to do whatever you want with-which I loved!

I wish I didn’t have to write this review because I genuinely liked Rodney and Kelly. They are friendly, likable people, and we had a nice engagement session. Unfortunately, after giving them many opportunities to make things right, I need to share our experience.

We hired Vivid Endeavor for our 11/22/25 wedding. We never had the pre-wedding consultation listed in our contract. While my other vendors contacted me to confirm details, I heard nothing from our photographers. I reached out, and we ended up texting literally the night before the wedding about inspiration photos and shots I wanted.

On the wedding day they were friendly, professional and on time. Afterward, communication became our biggest problem.

Our sneak peeks were late and we had to ask about them. The deadline for our full gallery also passed. I waited until mid-February before reaching out. Only then did I learn there had been a hard-drive issue and our wedding files had apparently been lost and required professional recovery. Thankfully, they were recovered. Things happen, but nobody contacted us when our deadline passed OR when our wedding files were lost. I only knew because I asked.

We were then promised our photos in early March. March came and went. I contacted them again in April and was given April 8 as another deadline. That also passed. On April 13, I sent an upset email and received our gallery.

We received our photos 21 weeks after our wedding, about 15 weeks beyond the promised timeframe. I can forgive delays and even a hard-drive failure. What I cannot understand is the repeated lack of communication. Nearly every time a deadline passed, I had to contact them.

We received many lovely photos, but I was disappointed with the reception coverage. Our American/Persian fusion wedding had many handmade and traditional details. There is no photo of our family-photo welcome wall or Persian buffet that I can find, and some detail photos were dark or awkwardly framed. These are things we can never recreate. I think they take great portraits, but struggle with detail and candid shots.

Our video omitted our kiss and “I do,” and our intentional Renaissance/fantasy ceremony music was replaced with generic background music.

Our $4,000 package included drone footage. I eventually noticed there wasn’t any and asked why. I was told they couldn’t fly because of Balboa Park aviation restrictions and weather. Those are reasonable reasons, but nobody told us a service we paid for couldn’t be provided.

After I expressed my unhappiness, they apologized and offered a complimentary makeup session, which I declined. Instead, we agreed I would receive our RAW files, two video edits and a $750 partial refund. They asked to split the refund into three $250 monthly payments, and I agreed.

I received the first $250 on July 1.

It is now October 2026. I have not received the remaining $500, the edited video, or an email or text from them since July 1.

That sums up our experience: repeated apologies, but I continually had to reach out when promises weren’t fulfilled.
I don’t believe Rodney and Kelly are bad people. They were always nice to us and we have some beautiful photographs. But being nice and apologizing after a client reaches out isn’t the same as communicating professionally and following through on commitments.

I genuinely wish our experience had ended differently, but based on everything that happened, I cannot recommend Vivid Endeavor.
