My first experience with VIP Limo was when my bridesmaids rented the Mercedes Sprinter for my Bachelorette Party and I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. We had a blast and Jason was fantastic! Attentive to our needs and quick to respond as we hopped all over downtown. Fast forward a month and 3 days prior to our wedding, I realized I had forgotten to reserve transportation for our exit. I also decided I wanted to surprise the groomsmen with transportation from the hotel to their photo destination on the beach, back to the hotel, and then to the venue. It was an obvious choice to go with VIP Limo. I got the guys the Sprinter, since you can standup and move around easily in it, unlike a typical limo, and the black SUV for our exit. Both drivers were amazing! The owner was great to work with, super friendly and responsive, and gave me a great price! I highly recommend VIP Limo for whatever transportation needs to have. They are amazing!!

We booked the SUV Limo and the Sprinter for our wedding. Chris was great to work with for the booking. He made the process so easy and actually wanted to know our story, how I proposed, where we were from and why Wilmington. The drivers were great and very professional and we're at the venue way ahead of time. The cars were extremely clean and we all had a blast. VIP limo was great. Chris the owner was so helpful With selecting the right vehicles that we needed for our special day. The driver was great on time and the limo was tons of fun. Everything was fantastic including the champagne that Chris put in the car to help us celebrate. I would highly recommend VIP based on my experience.

Limo service was great for our wedding, which really made for a perfect day! I have even used this company again for a friends bachelorette party. We rented a party bus that was so much fun! They provide wonderful professional service and I would certainly recommend them to any friend.

VIP Limo was one of the few companies in the area that didn't have a minimum number of hours that you needed to use their limos. The limo was very nice and clean, not to mention our driver was very friendly. Thanks VIP!

We worked with Chris to book a limo bus for the day of our wedding. They are pretty busy so the response time was ok. They had pictures of the limo bus online and it looked fine so I booked it. It worked out for what we needed - just driving around a small area for about an hour to pictures but I'm not sure I'd feel safe on the highway in this thing. The air conditioner was also leaking on the seat where I was sitting (in my wedding dress) so I decided to stand so we lost even more space. It was also a bit small for our group size. I then requested a stretch limo on the day before the wedding (bad planning on my part) and they totally made it happen. The limo driver was there right on time and it worked out really well. All in all they were lovely to work with and the price was definitely right. I'd use them again for their stretch limo or SUV services for sure.

This company is definitely buyer beware. I had this company under contract and put a 50% deposit down in January 2013. My wedding was in September 2013. After no communication for two months, I finally get a call saying they have no record of my event. This news came 20 days before my wedding day. So, I had no limo or any form of transportation for my wedding. All the other limo companys were already booked because of all the other events in the area. Thank you for the life lesson, Chris Livingston. Contracts and deposits mean nothing to him.
