My husband bought my wedding set from Vinciguerra Jewelry (New Ballas Road location) and I couldn't be more pleased with them. We had to go back and get the rings re-sized and sautered together. They were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Although we had bought my husband's ring at a different jeweler, we ended up buying him a 2nd ring (for work) from Vinciguerra's because we enjoy the ease of doing business with them.

Although we reside about 1.5 hours from St. Louis, we stop by their store every time we travel to town & they clean our rings up like new. This is a "ma & pop" type of store in a big city. I guess that is why we enjoy dealing with them so much. I can't wait to make another purchase from them in the years ahead!!

Kim was great. I went in and picked out 3 rings that I liked, and my soon to be went down the next day. Kim showed him the rings I liked and he chose from them. They had such a huge selection and if you wanted something and they didn't have it she did her best to find it or something just as close to if not what you wanted. I love my Ring it is beautiful and in 3 years it still look brand new.
