The mansion itself has 5,500 square feet of event space as well as opulent get-ready rooms for nearlyweds, an expansive ballroom, a four-chair salon, a large dining room, and a honeymoon suite. There is a climate-controlled pavilion in the property, which provides 3,000 square feet of event space and an attached grand porch. It also features a bar, a catering kitchen, and two restrooms. The pavilion professionally decorated for each couple's wedding with twinkling lights, garlands, and fabric drapes.
