I'm torn writing a review for this vendor. It's been nearly 2 years since my wedding and I still have a sour taste in my mouth. Katt, the owner, leading up to my big day was super nice and helpful. I had a hair and makeup trial and loved it! Then... a few days before the wedding I was informed the person who did my trial wouldn't be able to do my makeup anymore, I was devastated. I have a facial scar and was so pleased by my trial; my heart sank. I showed up on the morning of my wedding, happy and ready for the best day of my life, knowing that the replacement would be just as good. I showed up without any of my makeup, because I was told a replacement would be able to use the makeup in the Salon and that I didn't need to bring any. Little did Katt know the makeup was dried up and crusty. Apparently the trial artist used her own. The replacement artist was miserable. She was really terrible. She kept complaining she didn't know she would be doing my makeup, that she was called in last minute. She sent my sister to the local store to get makeup to match me. After repeated attempts to try to correct the terrible makeup job and the rudeness of the makeup artist, I broke down in tears. I had her try her best and sent her on her way. My family and bridesmaids were in shock of how the makeup artist treated me. Luckily, my cousin was there with her makeup kit to step in and help touch up the disaster of the replacement makeup artist. Needless to say, without any professional makeup, it didn't hold up throughout the day and it showed in my pictures. I was really heartbroken of what could have happened verses what did happen.

Let me make it very clear, I LOVED my hair. It was so stunning. Stacey did a fantastic job! I would call her in a heartbeat for an updo. She was really great at consoling me and said she would talk to the owner and get back to me. I never heard back.
