Formally the Manor on Golden Pond

Based in Holderness, NH, Van Horn Estate is a luxury property with multiple options for your special day! Under new ownership and undergoing many renovations and additions, what was once known as the Manor on Golden Pond is now returning to the property's roots and being renamed Van Horn Estate to honor the couple that originally built the home. A new 150-person venue, The Mirador, will be completed in June of 2024, and there is still availability for this year! The Mirador overlooks the front lawn and has stunning views of Squam Lake and the White Mountains. For smaller parties of fifty people or less, there is also availability in The Manor, the original home of the Van Horns. There are stunning options for intimate celebrations as well. For smaller receptions, you can enjoy your celebration inside The Manor's dining room. This room boasts a charming atmosphere, creating a sophisticated dining experience for you to enjoy.

As you begin your magical day here, the friendly staff will show you to your designated get-ready suite, where you can stay after your festivities. The beautifully manicured grounds make a wonderful natural setting for your romantic exchange of vows. When you tie the knot, you'll be surrounded by the picturesque scenery of Squam Lake, the White Mountains, and towering trees.
