I simply gave them a few details of our wedding and what we liked and they made us gorgeous flower arrangements for our wedding party. They were great to work with!

I couldn't be happier with the products and service provided by Valley Flowers for my July 2011 wedding at Starved Rock. From my first contact with her, Robyn was a pleasure to work with. When I explained that I had tight budget for flowers, she immediately gave me the per stem price of different flowers so I could have a frame of reference in planning. I live in Chicago and have no car, so there was only one day I could arrange transportation to come to Spring Valley before the wedding and have a face to face talk about flowers. Robyn graciously accommodated me, even though it was her day off. She suggested wonderful alternatives for out of season flowers in a bouquet I loved, and came up with an elegant and affordable solution for floral centerpieces, which I had not expected to be able to afford. On the day of the wedding, a Sunday on a holiday weekend, the owner delivered the flowers to Starved Rock on time and stayed until he was sure we were happy with them. Robyn also checked in by phone. Most importantly, the flowers were gorgeous and hearty, lasting from delivery at 1pm, pictures, 5pm ceremony and until the reception ended at 11pm. For a Starved Rock wedding, or a wedding in the Starved Rock area, I highly recommend Spring Valley Flowers and gifts.

We used Valley Flowers and Gifts for our wedding. We had Gerbera Daisies for our bouquets and boutonnieres and they all turned out beautiful. I wanted inexpensive wristlets for godmothers and grandmothers and they worked with me to figure out what would work within our budget. I described what I wanted via email (since we live 1,000 miles away) and they delivered exactly what I envisioned. We only had one hiccup with flowers, the gladiola fell off my mother's wristlet by the beginning of the ceremony. It worked out ok though, because they had beautiful accents with it, so no one ever knew she lost the main flower.

really good service didnt have my flowers of first choice though
