We adored Valentino's! They were very understanding and flexible since we were planning from out of town. Photography was one of the most important parts of the wedding for me since at the end of the day, besides your memories, all you have are the pictures. They originally won me over due to their above and beyond packet they sent to me. I contacted quite a few photographers and most of them referred me to their website - how did they think I got their e-mail? Valentino's sent me a personalize packet with real pictures they have previously taken at the two venues we were using! Not only did this give us an idea of the quality of their work but also the quality of paper they use, etc. They took the extra time to make it personal and send us information and that made all the difference. This quality was again reflected when we met with Scott prior to the wedding and the day of the wedding. Scott was wonderful to work with - there were moments when he knew we were getting tired or sick of smiling and he knew it was hot but was always able to lighten the mood and make us laugh. He was friendly with everyone but was very task oriented and made sure that we were on time and getting the pictures we wanted. We were thrilled to work with him and CANNOT wait to see our proofs.

Scott was FABULOUS!! He knew all the best places to take photos at the Basilica, he was extremely professional, he responded to all our questions and special requests, and the pictures are perfect. We could not have picked a better photographer for our wedding!

Valentino's did an amazing job with our photography. We were very pleased with everything. You get what you pay for; it is an expensive service but well worth the money.
ALL of the shots we saw were great, even ones that included a large amount of family members. They took a variety of shots - both posed and candid. Our wedding album has received lots of compliments for all the great photos and we have no complaints (except maybe that we don't have ownership of our own photos, but that's something we knew upfront when we chose Valentino's as our photographer).
Valentino's is extremely professional and quick to respond. They are very familiar with taking photos at the University of Notre Dame and know just how to capture the lighting inside the Basilica (something, we found, not all photographers did well). We would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a wedding, especially a wedding at Notre Dame.

This place is more renowned for doing high school senior photos, but they also do other photo shoots and specialize also in weddings. I simply believe this was the best photography studio we could use in the Michiana area and are extremely gifted in the art of photography. They can make anyone look good on film and just have a great eye for detail. They are actually about as pricey as the next photo studio in the area but I think the quality is much higher. Plus they dressed the part, in matching outfits so you always knew who was part of the photography crew and who was attending the wedding. They knew their stuff, where to be, lighting, and so on and produced for us a wonderful photo album.

Great pictures. Scott gives more of a traditional group of photos but also gives you the photojournalistic view of the day. The picture quality can not be beat and after shopping around for a higher end professional in the area Scott seemed to be the best deal. And after recieving our album I could not be happier. He is great to work with and will do just about whatever you want but he knows how to work the wedding day. A great person to have around on your big day!
