We found VIP Shuttle very last minute and they ended up being one of my favorite vendors for my wedding! Jermaine and his staff were true professionals: HIGHLY organized, very communicative, on point, on time and even had a cool app that lets you know exactly where they are at any given time to ease your worry. As a bride with a lot to worry about, it was the biggest relief to know we didn't have to worry if they could handle our complicated logistics as they provided transportation for both the wedding party and hotel guests from multiple locations over almost a full day time period. I will even add, they took special care of my grandparents to make sure they were able to get into the shuttle comfortably at the end of the night and they were truly impressed, which speaks volumes. Their shuttles were comfortable and truly a great value! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and reliable wedding transportation!

Our contact Jermaine was very reliable, accommodating and responsive to all of our requests. I am very detail oriented so I had many interactions with Jermaine and he never gave off any vibes that I was a bother. He understood the important of getting the wedding party to where it needed to be at a certain time and getting our guests to and from the hotel. All of the drivers were courteous, respectful and on time!!

V.I.P. Shuttle L.L.C. really made our wedding party and guests feel like VIPs. Jermaine scheduled multiple calls leading up to the big day to make sure we had the correct routes and schedule in place. His team arrived early on the day of the wedding and were very accommodating while chauffeuring us around for pictures and to the venue. The unlimited rides allowed us to focus entirely on the day and less on the time. Without the support and excellent service of Jermaine and his team, the day certainly wouldn’t have gone so smoothly. Our bus service for our wedding was VIP Shuttle. They did a good job. We had some problems, the driver did not show up on time--almost making us late for pictures. We told him to be at the venue at the end of the night at 10 and he showed up at 1045--making our guests wait. We were also promised champaign toast on the shuttle and never got it. It was overall a good value all things considered, but there were some problems.
