Our wedding was the most impeccable, spectacular and fun experience we had no idea it could be. Neysa and her team made our wedding an stress-free experience from start to finish!! We reside in the United States and we needed help planning the wedding from over here. We grew up in Puerto Rico so our choice to wed there was an easy one. We chose the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel and from the on Neysa made our vision come true and more. Neysa is incredibly patient, organized, no nonsense in the best possible way which we appreciated immensely. She had the details of our wedding planned down to the minute. The communication was prompt and diligent. Neysa addressed any worries I had considering we were in Virginia. She gave us peace of mind along the way. She had homework for us to make sure she knew exactly what we wanted and needed within the required deadlines. She tracked everything including our budget. One thing that stood out was the excellent relationship she has with vendors. The flow was seamless. Neysa is also caring and nurturing. She made sure we ate before the event, brought up details that I had not even considered and were essential for a great wedding, and was on top of everything until the last minute and after the reception was over. Neysa made us feel like guests of honor in our wedding with our vision come true!! To this day when we think of our wedding, we wish we could do it all over again because it was utter perfection. We owe it to her and her team! We could not have asked for a better gift to ourselves during the planning process than having her to guide us with so much love and dedication. We consider her part of our family. We love you, Neysa!! You were born to do what you do!! 🥰 ♥️🍾🎉

I want to write this review in Spanish but my English captures how I feel about Neysa so much better. When looking for a destination wedding planner in PR, I wanted to hire locally and support a small business. That's Neysa - she's local, well-connected, 100% professional and always a pleasure to work with. Hire her! You won't regret it. She was even patient and kind enough to sit through a vetting phone call with my parents!!

As a Puerto Rican who grew up in the States, I always wanted to have my wedding back home on my island. I thought planning from afar would be stressful (and it was at times) but let me tell you, Neysa made is fun and virtually stress-free, even when we were both sick from COVID a month before the big day! Neysa gets it done no matter what. She is there for you when you need her and is always professional. She knows how to follow up with vendors with a kindness and grace that is unrivaled.

We contracted her for a wedding and we are both extremely happy with the way everything turned out. Her recommendations fit perfectly into our vision and she made it all possible while we were both out of Puerto Rico while planning the wedding. Recuerdo que durante el mes de enero de este año tuve, junto a mi pareja, momentos de desesperación porque no teniamos control de la organización para nuestra boda. Un día navegaba en Instagram y me percaté de un anuncio de Utopía Events LLC. Decidí llamar rapidamente. Tuve una reunión muy amena con Neysa Santiago y en donde le expliqué que realizariamos nuestra boda en 4 MESES y no teniamos practicamente nada. Ella dijo "SÍ, es posible". Neysa logró que todo fluyera con certeza y de manera pacífica. Gracias a Neysa y los demás suplidores pudimos celebrar nuestra boda con tan solo 4 meses de preparación y fue tal y como la soñamos... Queriamos una boda que nos describiera, una boda personalizada y así fue. Celebramos una boda con el tema de viajes y un toque rústico. La entrada de la novia fue al son de la canción introductoria de Game of Thrones y el vals fue con una canción romántica de Elvis Presley!!!! Neysa siempre estuvo pendiente a nosotros en todo momento, desde nuestra primera reunión... y todavía!!! En cuestión de semanas ya habiamos pasado a ser grandes amigos. Nos GOZAMOS el proceso "estresante" de la preparación de la boda gracias a Neysa!!! Neysa es un gran ser humano, accesible, dispuesta, responsable, amable, profesional, con inmensa imaginación y creatividad, y SIEMPRE busca la manera de hacer posible lo que desees para tu boda... Durante la hora acordada para nuestra reunión, no se presentó. Intentamos comunicarnos en tres ocasiones y no obtuvimos respuesta. Para nosotros es muy importante sentirnos valorados y contar con alguien comprometido desde el inicio. Al sol de hoy, estamos esprando su respuesta.
