Rose is an amazing photographer. She captured all of the special moments from our big day perfectly. There were so many good photos that I didn't know which ones to choose for our wedding album! What I love most about her photography is that she does such a great job of capturing small moments of joy. You can really get a sense of what we were feeling at the time by looking at our photos.

Aside from her amazing photography skills, Rose is professional, responsive, and easy to work with. She's also a kind and caring person. She answered my many questions via email, and she worked with us to schedule an out-of-town engagement shoot in Seattle. Rose created a day-of timeline for us and worked with us to get all the permutations of family photos we wanted, as well as a group shot of everyone who attended our wedding. She was prompt and did a great job of ensuring that everyone stuck to the schedule. She also had a second shooter with her on our wedding day.

She had told us that the photos could take up to 6-8 weeks after the wedding, but she surprised us with the full photo set only 4 weeks after our wedding!

The package we booked included an engagement shoot and wedding album - I highly recommend this package for the best value. She put together an absolutely stunning wedding album for us and in a short amount of time. Rose also gives you the rights to your photos for personal use, which not all photographers do.

Rose is by far the best photographer I've ever worked with. She is so professional, friendly, flexible, and a fun-genuine person to be around. She made us feel so comfortable during our engagement pictures and our wedding photos turned out better than I could have ever dreamed of. My husband is in the military and was only home for a few days during Memorial Day Weekend to do engagement pictures and Rose was so flexible and changed her plans around so she could be available to us for pictures that weekend. I love that she does film and digital photography. We love all of the wedding photos that she captured for us but our absolute favorites are her film photos. She delivered our pictures to us in a very timely fashion, and we are over the moon happy with how she captured our special day. She nailed everything from the special detail pictures to the portrait shots. She was also very organized and detailed when it came to the day of timeline which was really important to me. She made sure that we got every shot that we wanted. You won't regret hiring Urban Rose!!!

Rose was wonderful - professional, flexible, warm, encouraging, and kind. She went above and beyond for us in many ways, including taking time out of her vacation to shoot our engagement session in Portland. (Incidentally, we're SO glad we did the engagement session; it's great to have professional photos in non-wedding attire.) She also scouted locations, created a detailed timeline, and just generally ensured we didn't have to worry about anything photo-related. Rose made us both comfortable in front of the camera, providing direction for posed shots but skillfully blending in to the background during key moments, like the ceremony. And the photos themselves we couldn't be any happier with. Rose is terrific at capturing gorgeous detail photos, artful candids, and geniune emotion. For a day that inevitably flies by, it's a real gift to have Urban Rose photos as commemoration.
