We hired Rich and his team from Up N Smoke BBQ to come and cater our Oct wedding and I cannot tell you enough how amazing the food was. First of all it was very easy to get in touch with them and Rich was always really helpful. They have been at several bbq shows here in the valley and they are truly amazing. Their 22ft smoker and all the western decor they supply was an awesome addition to our country wedding. During the ceremony it smelled amazing while they were smoking all the meat. They were very professional and set up and break down everything. They offer all you can eat bbq and we had several guests asking for their business cards because the food was that good. We even got to keep all the leftovers which Rich personally delivered to our house the day after the wedding. It was a pleasure having Rich and his team at Up N Smoke cater our wedding, we were so pleased and are already considering hiring them for a summer party as well.
