Based out of Fresno, California, Tyler James Photography loves to document weddings. As the owner, Tyler has been passionate about photography since first picking up a camera in 2017. It started as a creative outlet, an activity that let him explore his imaginative side away from his mathematical studies. Now a talented photographer with a knack for capturing milestone moments, he can’t wait to see your romantic spark in action. Would recommend!

We had Tyler do our engagement photos and thought they turned out great! He helped us feel comfortable and found ways to get real cute unique photos! We used some for our save the dates and got a ton of compliments saying the photos looked great and showed our personality as a couple. We were planning on having Tyler do our wedding, but COVID canceled all of our plans.

Best photographer experience!!

Tyler is the absolute best! He took our engagement photos and we definitely want him to capture more special moments for us in the future. He is professional, personable, talented, and organized. Tyler delivered us our quality photos quickly and they were easily accessible. He made us feel at ease and comfortable during our session. We will treasure our engagement photos forever. Tyler definitely has a gift, if you hire him you will NOT be disappointed!

Tyler made the experience so much fun and our pictures are so beautiful!!

Tyler drove 2.5 hours to take our engagement pictures. He picked the most beautiful locations and was open to any of our ideas. My fiancé and I have never done professional photos and he made us feel so comfortable and guided us every step of the way. They even included our dog and was so patience. It was such a fun experience and we love how our pictures turned out. We can’t wait to use them again!

Tyler James Photography

Tyler was amazing! We had an outdoor wedding and he did a great job dealing with the challenges that come along with that. He took beautiful pictures of wedding details along with perfect snapshots of our special day. His prices were great and he was quick to get pictures to us. He took time to meet with us before the wedding to discuss what we wanted and worked with everyone to make us all feel comfortable throughout the day.

Breathtaking work, amazing people

Tyler and his wife went above and beyond for our destination wedding in dreamy Utah. We live in Indiana and had admired Tyler’s work on IG for awhile, but we had no idea who he was. When we decided on a destination wedding in UT, my then fiancé reached out to Tyler to see if he’d shoot our wedding day since he lived in Utah (it was a shot in the dark). But Tyler agreed and helped us decide on the location in the mountains, helped us coordinate every detail, recommended an extremely talented makeup artist in the area, met us and let us follow him up the mountain to the spot he’s had envisioned and even brought us Crumbl cookies to complete our day!!! He and his wife cried with us as we stood on the side of the mountain saying our vows as they captured the love and gratitude we have for each other. It was such a special day and they captured our memories so beautifully. I still cry when I look through our wedding photos. Amazingly talented people with great hearts and a true gift of photography.

Highly Recommend

Tyler is one of the best photographers I know. He took my engagement and wedding photos and I am extremely happy with how they turned out. Highly recommend

Tyler did an amazing job with our engagement and wedding photos! My husband and I do not enjoy having our pictures taken, but Tyler made us feel so comfortable and we had so much fun!! We got so so many amazing pictures that we love of us and our friends and family. He had great communication and a lot of ideas for the photos. He was very flexible and professional. I really love his editing style, especially with all the different settings we had (inside/outside, sunrise for engagement, sunset for wedding). Our pictures are so beautiful and I am so thankful for all of his hard work!!
