Mercediz was awesome to work with! We live in Wisconsin and our wedding was in California. We were going out to California only for 36 hours 1 year before the wedding. Mercediz was able to accommodate us and was able to have some sample cheesecakes made for us to try.

I have a gluten allergy, so I needed a bakery that could accommodate gluten free cheesecakes ... and they were fantastic! The cheesecakes were made in little square containers. We also ordered a gluten free red velvet cut cake with cheesecake filling and frosting.

Mercediz was super responsive to all email inquiries and phone calls and text messages. Our guests loved our dessert.
