The ladies were very easy and fun to work with. They helped me out every step of the way. I loved the fact that they let me go through and pick out the dresses I wanted to try on vs. other places who go and pick them out for you. The place isn't very big, but I really like that about them. It was more one-on-one with the same people every time I went back and they remembered who I was. I would highly recommend them to any bride out there searching for a dress. Their dresses are different from other places and they have lots of options when it comes to bridesmaid dresses and mother's outfits!

Great experience

I went to Treat’s planning on just browsing. While browsing, I found dresses that I loved, and they allowed me to try them on without an appointment. The first dress that I tried on was exactly what I was looking for. They allowed me to try on several very different dresses to allow me to confirm that this was the dress for me. They also were willing to hold the dress while I thought about my decision. The dress was a sample, my size, and far below budget. I also found my headpiece and veil at Treat’s as well for an amazing price. Treats stored my dress and accessories until the wedding to ensure they were in perfect condition for the wedding. My wedding dress was complicated to alter, but the seamstress did an amazing job and made sure that it was perfect with multiple fittings. The staff also ensured that I was educated on how to properly care for my dress. Before the wedding, the staff ironed and steamed my dress to make sure that it was ready for the wedding. I thoroughly recommend Treat’s Bridal.

If you live near South Bend, Treats is worth the trip! Small shop above a Menswear shop but has great selection. The ladies there are all super helpful and they will not try to upsell anything to you. I traveled from Chicago to visit Treats and found my dream dress there!

Fairly small shop but great one on one service. There is no pressure to buy and they will work with you until you are happy with the final product.

After looking through the dress racks at Treats, I found the perfect bridal dress! It wasn't originally what I was looking for, but when I tried it on, I loved it! And I loved the price too (esp. since I found it on the clearance rack :-D)!!! The ladies were very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend Treats to anyone!

When I found the same dress online for cheaper and requested that the shop match the lowest price they readily did so. Their veils and shoes are very expensive but they were willing to let me try on ones that I liked so I could get a feel for my own taste and style before shopping around to other places. For being a smaller shop, their selection is huge. Their service was sometimes spotty and distracted or they would let their phone ring twelve times before picking up, but when they were with you they were very attentive and helpful, though occasionally a little bit pushy. Their alterations were timely, extremely well done and well concealed, and average on the pricing. Regarding steaming, pressing and pick up the week before the wedding they were willing to work with me on timing and so forth. I appreciated their responsiveness and flexibility immensely.
