Based in Columbia, Maryland, Travel & Events Extraordinaire LLC is a travel agency and event design company. It is owned by Anne M. Smith, who helps couples plan destination weddings and honeymoons. An experienced professional, Anne is also a college educator, content developer, and speaker in the travel industry. The company is a stand-alone affiliate of the World Travel Service in Hunt Valley, Maryland, a Virtuoso-affiliated agency, for almost five years. Together with WTS, Anne and her team delight in orchestrating exceptional travel experiences for their clients that leave a lasting impression.

Anne can assist couples with organizing trips to a variety of locations in our own backyard of North America including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, and around the world to the Caribbean, Mexico, Latin America, Maldives and the Seychelles. Our Experience

As a hospitality educator, Anne, has been an adjunct professor teaching travel, tourism, social events, weddings and entrepreneurship for four years currently at Howard Community College and previously at George Washington University. In collaboration with The Travel Institute, Anne has facilitated highly-attended successful travel webinars delivering top-notch content to help travel professionals grow their businesses.

Lastly, as the Baltimore Chapter Director for one of the largest global travel associations, CCRA, and leading one of the largest chapters under its umbrella, Anne is committed to the education, growth, and success of the travel professionals under her leadership.
