About

The concept of Translucent Chocolates is a continual exploration in simplicity, focusing on both the interior and exterior expression of brand strength, packaging, and product presentation. I was told, "Don't start a company to educate people on a new product, but rather find a way for people to see something conventional in a new light." My intent in starting this company was to find a way to artistically express color through distinctive chocolate.

Today, we have an enormous amount of freedom, opportunity and choice. I chose to place the greatest importance upon an individual's creativity, and focus my attention on their personalized service. With a core aesthetic that engages modern design, I am continually searching for ways that express color without restrictions. Nuts, seeds and fruits that can be uniquely color coated and then presented in a uninhibited package a vessel to let anyone experiment in. And who doesn't like chocolate?

Translucent Chocolates is about choices, and expressing those choices through color, and amazing chocolate. So go ahead, indulge - put together the essential ingredients that evoke your imagination and make you happy.

Super accommodating and creative.  My wife and I would highly recommend using Translucent Chocolates.  She had been given a box of their Chocolates at a work meeting, so we asked about getting boxes shipped to us as well and we were told, "absolutely". We definitely felt comfortable after emailing and talking with the owner. She was very helpful and found boxes that we both liked that were hard acrylic and snapped close, cubes. We were assured that the 120 favor boxes we were going to be needing would be taken care of.
And they looked prefect.  I was happy that our many guests gushed to my wife about what neat looking, delicious favors they were (because she was smiling and relieved).
We paid a little more than if we (she) would have done them, but we (she) wanted to make sure they were done by someone who had more knowledge than me about boxing it so they wouldn't break while travelling and our guests could really take them all the way home.
They also doubled as our place holders and it was also super nice that they sent enough extra maroon and gold chocolate sent along for a few bowls we (her mom picked up for us) had to set out on the beverage bar during the reception. We had everything directly delivered to our wedding planner which worked out well.
I was actually put in charge of writing this and reminded to say thank you to everyone we worked with at TransChocolate for making our day that much "sweeter".
Thank You! -Ryan & Katlyn
