Grand Ballroom

The Grand Ballroom is the perfect venue for the wedding of your dreams or the party of a lifetime. Surrounded by large windows and glass doors that provide for a breathtaking and unique view, the ballroom is approximately 4,320 sq. ft. (90' x 48') of carpeted space. Occupancy is 248 for plated meal service or 300+ standing or in theater-style seating arrangements.

Rendina Room

Named for Mr. Bruce Rendina, this conference room is 1,575 sq. ft. (45'x35') of carpeted space and can accomodate up to 80 people. The room includes a whiteboard, pull-down screen, food service counter with sink, refrigerator, ice maker and interior restrooms.

The FSU Alumni Center was an amazing reception center. Everything went off without a glitch and was unbelievably beautiful. The staff was professional and well organized.

This review is for Andrews Downtown Catering. For some reason the catering manager Heather has a Florida Stare University telephone number so the review is listing under the alumni center. Anyway, Heather, Anthony, and their team were great to work with. We did a walk through of the location and went over every detail together on the dinner together. Day of they showed up on time and with a large staff and had the room ready hours before dinner. We had a sit down plated dinner that was served by waiters and it went so smoothly. Such a joy to have these people making everything so easy on our big day . They even stepped up and were manning the outdoor drink station and keeping the ice full which we never even requested. The only down side I would say is the hefty price tag and that they are such a busy business that it can be hard to get in touch with someone. I would pick them again though for sure.
