Doug and his staff were great to work with! Doug was very responsive to my many questions and made sure everything was correctly communicated to the driver for plans on our wedding day. Our driver was great! Very down to earth and easygoing! We had a huge bridal party (22 people on party bus) so we were loud and just having fun the whole time - it was great and the bridal party loved it!

When we had a last minute glitch with our transportation company Toledo Limo came in to save the day. Doug was extemely accomodating and was able to give us the exact limo we needed for our large bridal party. The limo was in great condition and had a lot of room, even with 22 people inside. The driver was great - he allowed us to play music on our phones and made for a great time celebrating with our bridal party. During different stops to take photos he poured champagne for everyone to toast - which was a great "extra." We are so thankful that they were able to make our day run smoothly and the customer service was above and beyond expectations.

Toledo Limo was great! I found them on the internet. They met with us to show us what they had available for our wedding. They were on time and even had a red carpet and champagne ready for us!

We recently used this company for my daughter's wedding. I was beyond disappointed! They rented one of the limo buses to transport them for a three hour time table, even though we didn't figure we would need the whole three hours. The limo driver was rude and unprofessional. He had to be told to stop smoking right outside the bus doors where the wedding party (including someone allergic to smoke) had to walk through his smoke cloud. He transported them ten miles from the church to the reception venue for pictures. He told them he would make no stops along the way. After pictures, the wedding party wanted to leave the venue and go for a 15 minute drive (they had 30 minutes left on their paid time). He told them he was done, he had already dropped them off. Our wedding planner had to ask him to take them back out. He proceeded to pull out of the venue parking lot onto the road, turned back into the parking lot and drove around in circles for ten minutes. He refused to drive them around a country mile as the groom asked. The group left the vehicle upset and slightly ill and dizzy. Absolutely ridiculous and no partial refund has been offered by the company in spite of a call to the owner. So basically they paid over $100 a mile for this pathetic service.
