I struggled to find a caterer in the area for my wedding and didn't want to use anyone in Orlando since my friends had used them before and the food wasn't great. As I wanted to incorporate my husband's culture into the wedding, I searched for a Brazilian catering company and came across Tio Zac's. When I visited their website, I saw a quote that resonated with me: "You ever go to one of those weddings where you have to choose between prime rib or chicken or salmon, and when you get it it's cold and bland and the best part of the meal is the SALAD?!?!?" This made me realize that Tio Zac's was the caterer I needed! We had the quarter chicken, steak, Brussels sprouts, salad, rice, grilled pineapple, and the vinegarette salad. They prepped and cooked on site so it was nice and fresh when it was time to eat dinner. Zac and his team are amazing and the food was so delicious that people still bring it up almost a year later. I wish more catering businesses offered the same quality of food and service as Tio Zac's. If you want to have great food and a fantastic team, I highly recommend booking Tio Zac's. You won't regret it!

Zac was super easy to work with, very responsive, replying to emails and calls fairly quickly. His pricing was unmatched. We could not believe we’d be getting so much food for the great price he charges. The best part was actually tasting the food at the wedding. It was all out guests could talk about— everything was sublime. The meats were perfectly cooked, the sides were fresh and delicious! We would recommend Zac and his team to ANYONE wanting amazing Brazilian churrasco for any event. The only downside is I wish we could eat his food again!

We would highly recommend Zac for anyones wedding or next function. He was great to work with. He helped give us samples to take home at the beginning and worked with us Al along the way. The food was amazing!!! We were so happy with how everything turned out. Absolutely great job!

So glad I found Zach and his catering company! My husband is Brazilian and I really wanted to have some grilled food at the wedding. Zach did an amazing job and everyone is still asking about the Feijoada today! Thank you and hope to hire you again soon!

If I could give more stars, I would. Tio Zac and his crew catered our wedding and they were amazing! There was not one bad word from every guest about the food. Everyone raved over his array of delicious items. Zac and his crew are extremely professional and courteous. Not only did they cook and serve the food, they made sure my wife and I were taken care of. After the ceremony his crew made sure that we (bride/groom) were able to partake in the appetizers during the cocktail hour, which this occurred throughout the evening on a few occasions. The wind was being a little out of control that day, but they pulled it off. I cant say I had a favorite because I enjoyed all of it!. Tio Zac and crew got it done! You will be extremely happy with their food, personalities and above all their courteousness and respect. Thank You Tio Zac for changing peoples minds about wedding dinners! You all knocked it out of the park.

Excellent food. Months later, guests are still raving about it. Cooked fresh on location, filled the air with amazing smells, and the flavors were on point. Meats cooked to perfection. Sides all perfectly seasoned. They even made us some vegetarian options---grilled portobellos & tofu---which were a huge hit. So glad we went with Tio Zac's.

Tio Zac's Brazilian BBQ catered my wedding last September. He was easy to work with, quick to respond to all my emails, and the food was delicious!! All of my guests raved about the quality of the meal! Thank you, Zac!!

Four months later, and people are still talking about Tio Zac's food at our wedding! Some of the best food we've ever had. Zac was great, very easy to communicate with, came early and set up was quick and easy. We would definitely choose Zac as a caterer again and again!
