Tin Can Co is an accomplished, professional food truck operation from North Conway, NH. Awarded the "Best of NH" 2021, this culinary duo offers handcrafted crepes and power bowls filled with sweet treats and savory delights for weddings, engagements, and other special celebrations. Each delicious crepe and power bowl is freshly made with locally sourced ingredients for you and your guests to enjoy, all served from an adorable 1966 vintage food truck.

Tin Can Co is led by talented Chef Bryant and his wife, seasoned professional Patt with help of their vintage food truck. Together, they can make your welcome celebration, late night treats, or fairwell gathering an experience to remember. They will be thrilled to be a part of your wedding celebration and can park at numerous locations, including your private backyard, open field, or wedding barn venue.

Tin Can Co offers sweet crepes offerings such as Lemon & Blueberry, Strawberry & Cream, Tiramisu, and Banana Nutella. You and your guests can also order tasty savory crepes and power bowls made with Chicken & Wild Mushroom, Caprese Chicken, Pulled Pork, Fig & Prosciutto, and Black Bean & Corn.To try all these crepes and more, contact Bryant and Patti today.

Crepes extraordinaire/food truck

A big thank you to Patti and Bryant Alden, owners of Tin Can Co. Crepes Food Truck. Their Food truck catered our Welcome Dinner at my son's wedding weekend, July 1, 2022.
My review is as follows:
Customer service is excellent, they answer all questions thoroughly and promptly. They arrived early, efficiently set up and left when done without a trace. They handled all 68 of our guests with ease and a smile.
The food truck is very clean and adorable with lights and a light up Crepe sign. They supply all utensils, crepe holders and napkins.
Bryant is an executive chief and it shows in his crepe selection, presentation and how delicious they ALL are.(You will have a hard time deciding) They can customize crepes(even gluten free). They even have a kids option, Peanut Butter and Fluff(A New England favorite).
Portions are generous and fairly priced.
Patti went the extra mile. About half an hour before they were done serving, she went around to see if anyone wanted more crepes, as hostess I really appreciated this.
All 68 guests loved the Tin Can Co. Crepes Food Truck. They continue to talk about them 4 months later.
I recommend them highly, you will not be disappointed if you hire them.

Tin can co came to my wedding fairwell brunch. The crepes were amazing and all my guests were super happy! So easy and fun!

We booked Tin can co to serve crepes for our fairwell brunch. The crepes were outstanding! all of our guests loved them! They had great choices to choose from both sweet and savory! The vintage trailer was cute and the perfect touch to our amazing wedding weekend! Leading up to our wedding, the owner was so easy to communicate with and super helpful!

Outstanding experience

We had Patti & Bryant for our After Wedding Brunch in Nh. . It was the best and most memorable experience ever. Me and my husband loves crepe so we are just looking at the internet to hope there might be any crepe food trucks around. It was a miracle that we found them. I contacted Patti and it worked all perfectly. Their food is very tasty and crepe they made is very delicious. Patti surprised us by bringing bubble tea for our guests. Everyone at my wedding had a blast at the brunch and I was impressed by their truck how cool it looks.

I can't express in any words my gratitude for them. They made our day more special by providing their service and awesome food we can dream for. They are sweetest humans to meet.
