Owner Dey Gabriel is committed to ensuring that you enjoy your event without worry. With her attention to detail and personal approach, her mission is to design elegant events that make a lasting impression.

Facilities and Capacity

This 5,000-square-foot space can accommodate up to 200 of your family and friends. The location’s get-ready rooms provide a relaxing space for you and your wedding party to prepare for the celebration. With customizable colored LED lights, the grand ballroom has a vibrant ambiance. The space is equipped with a projector, screen, surround-sound system, and a spacious dance floor, providing multiple outlets for entertaining your guests. This location is well-suited for engagement parties, wedding showers, ceremonies, and receptions.

Services Offered

Dey understands the importance of ensuring that every aspect of your wedding is taken care of so you can spend uninterrupted time with your loved ones. She and her staff are committed to providing excellent customer service and a dynamic event space for your special day. With her signature package, she offers full admittance to the venue over a three-day period. This service includes pre-event coordination, full access to the available furniture and decor, and assistance with cleaning up after the event. One dedicated event coordinator will also be available throughout the duration of your reception. Timeless Events’ list of preferred vendors can provide delicious food and beverages and lively party music. To make your reception one-of-a-kind, they have a wide range of furniture and decor items. These items include:

  • White antique dinner plates
  • Decorated tables for sign-in, desserts, and gifts

Other Services

Dey is proud to also offer full event-planning services. For weddings outside of her banquet hall, she can manage off-site event coordination. With this package, Dey includes three planning sessions, vendor referrals, decor, and setup. The Timeless Events space is also available for rentals for other milestone events like quinceañeras and graduations.

Dey is super sweet. She will listen to you and answers all your questions. She will make your event very special.

We celebrated my mom's 90th birthday party here. They did an out standing job on the decorations. Dey and Lucy were very sweet and led us in the right direction on picking out the perfect center pieces for this special event. The only draw back was that it was so cold that people were leaving. We asked security if he could adjust the temperature, but he said that he couldn't adjust the temperature. Other than that, I would definitely/highly recommend them.

Beyond Perfect

Our wedding day was beautiful and priceless. Dey made sure we had everything we needed and more. She went out of her way to add extra little special touches that were a wonderful surprise to us. We felt like we were dealing with a family member or very close friends when working with Dey. If you are looking to get married and have a magical day then Dey Gabriel and Timeless Events is were you should go.

Absolutely Amazing

Guys, I cant express enough how amazing Dey was! We just got married there last weekend and we were in awe of the venue! She was super helpful and worked really well with our busy schedules. Everything turned out absolutely amazing! I wouldn’t of changed a thing! We greatly appreciate everything she did for us & we highly recommend her to everyone!!!

This person is a crook!

Do not do business with this CROOK! She is Unethical and will take your the first chance to take your money with services unrendead! She become confrontational the first chance she gets s that she can take your money and not have your event! This vile of a woman is a crook ,please do not do any business with this person!

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I've had nothing but a bad experience with the owner. She isn't a people person and I got a horrible vibe from her since the day I booked. Always having to reschedule appointments, making you feel as if your inconvienencing her when you did actually get to meet. She always reminded us that she lives in bishop hills and she literally told me it took her $30 in gas to drive to the venue. A. Not my fault that she missed the first appointment B. Again not my fault she built this building on the other side of Amarillo C. And again not my fault that she took the longest way possible to get to her venue if she spent $30 in gas to get there?. She is just ridiculous with everything. Also I was not made aware of any changes she was making to the building whether they were cosmetic or not. There is a structure in the building that was built after I gave my deposit and paid most of my bill. It didn't match my theme because she took it upon herself to put up floral decor on the structure that is NOT to be touched. The ice maker that was working when I paid my deposit suddenly no longer came with the venue either. Parking is atrocious and so is the outside of the building. If you have the big idea of outdoor pics after the wedding, good luck...also we paid a pretty penny for this place and for her to not furnish a dumpster is insane! I pay for my own dumpster and it's $60/mo and if she can't provide one for what she is making off of these events then she needs someone else to do her books. She made me set up an appointment with my DJ because she made it clear that we didn't look like we had a "real" DJ. I thought maybe it was a race thing, or maybe I thought because Im a jeans and shirt kind of girl and she thought I was beneath her, no it's just the fact that she's money hungry and will treat you this way because she knows that you paid your deposit and it's your event and you'd just rather take her attitude than lose money.
