I called ONE day before the party and they were able to accommodate and provide the gold chairs early morning .

Great, professional service. I would definitely recommend Tiera’s services to anyone looking for wedding services. She was quick to respond to messages and always maintained great communication at any time of the day and night! This was the first time I was using a rental service and she was patient and explained the process and made it all really easy. Delivery was quick and they used masks. It was all hygienic. Her chairs really made a difference in our home dinner.

Unsure why they block and just stop responding after not showing up to my wedding with my rental arch with multiple people trying to contact them. No explanation after I just want an explanation at least but I should also get a refund.
