The downstairs space is adorned with delicate white drapery and refined brass chandeliers. Rehearsal dinners and receptions are best-suited to this bottom floor which has an intimate dining layout. Upstairs, the exposed white brick walls and original hardwood floors are sure to make an impression. A view of Springville is framed by the 12-foot windows, setting the historic town as the backdrop for the ceremony. Couples can relax and prepare in each of the site’s two get-ready rooms. For a ceremony in the open air, the Courtyard includes a private stage and bar area where the festivities can continue. Warm lights illuminate the area and highlight the balcony, which provides a platform for the newlyweds to make their reception entrance. This venue is able to accommodate 20 to 150 people.
