Headquartered in Concord, California, The Wild Fleur Co. services the greater Bay Area from the Napa Valley to the South Bay and Carmel Valley (travel outside of Northern California available on request).

Our garden-driven approach to design starts at the source; we draw inspiration from seasonally harvested flowers and greenery, delighting in their form and function. We thrive in working with the finest of locally-sourced blooms and do our best to tread lightly as we partner with regional growers whenever possible.

Marissa Zoetewey, Owner and Creative Director, developed a love for flowers and art at a young age. Raised in a household of female entrepreneurs, she spent her weekends as a child shadowing her mother and aunt as they designed florals and crafts for events throughout Northern California.
A classically trained dancer, Marissa studied photography at the Academy of Art in San Francisco before entering the professional world. She has worked as a product development manager for a number of start-ups in the Bay Area, channeling her dual passions for creativity and operational excellence. Outside of her professional pursuits, Marissa thrives when traveling the world, seeking new experiences, and indulging her myriad of passions.
Looking for a creative avenue to channel her grief after a sudden family loss, Marissa returned to her roots in florals, founding The Wild Fleur Co. in 2020. She funneled what had always been a well-loved hobby into a business, designing arrangements for a variety of clients throughout the Bay Area. In 2021 she expanded the scope of The Wild Fleur Co. to serve couples and brands as an event florist and delighted in bringing joy to clients on their most special days. As the business grew, Marissa transitioned to working full-time as the principal designer and creative director of The Wild Fleur Co.
Having used art as a medium to heal throughout her life, Marissa is grateful to work with with clients throughout Northern California and help bring their floral visions to life. Her greatest satisfaction comes from seeing couples fully immersed in their wedding day, having their visions fully realized.
