Perfect mountain wedding

The huge deck of the Wild Bear Tavern provided the ideal setting for our daughter's wedding. The Tavern set up chairs and decorations for the ceremony outside with mountaintops in the background. Inside, the Tavern's kitchen staff set up a buffet and beverage service for the guests who could graze and mingle throughout the afternoon. The Staff assisted with menu planning, flower arrangements, background music, a slide show on the big screen TVs, serving food, having a champagne toast, etc. The Staff was personable and professional, and they helped make the occasion a big success.

Beautiful Rustic Venue

The venue is a gorgeous location with indoor/outdoor space. The wedding coordinator was helpful in designing a floor plan that matched the vision of the bride. The food was absolutely amazing. We had a buffet that was perfectly prepared and served by the staff. The owner was present to also assist with his staff. The wedding coordinator/florist, Karen Novotny of The Garden Path made the event a huge success. The event was perfect.

Wedding Dinner

We had the best time and the team at Wild Bear Tavern really made our day special.

Venue, Catering and Communication are all 10's for us! I know your survey said a ranking of 1-6, but we feel all of these categories exceeded our expectations in every single way.
Your communication was on point during the entire process. We felt confident in our choices leading up to the day and knew that we were going to be taken care of.

Sherry was an absolute pleasure to work with. During the tour she was more than accommodating and even gave us ideas on what to do in town. We ended up bringing our entire wedding party to the tavern on Friday for live music (at Sherry's recommendation) and the entire crew had a great time. Sherry even had the performer give Maddie and I a shout out during the performance which made the night even more special.

During dinner Sunday, the bartenders on staff were amazing! Joking with our guests and even playing music for us to dance to. At one point cowboy hats came out and the party was great!

We felt so welcomed by everyone at Wild Bear Tavern. I genuinely think our trip would not have been the same without the staff at the tavern.

I don't have anything to tell you to improve on, because it was perfect from start to finish.

Highly Recommended

My client's first venue fell through a month before their wedding date. I had worked with Tracy before and called her. Within a few days, we had all the details worked out including the ceremony, food, and bar services. My clients were extremely happy and were happily surprised by the incredible patio view. The food was also perfect. I have a few more weddings scheduled there this year and I know my clients will be well taken care of!

James Gang Family reunion dinner

The whole process of scheduling and putting on this dinner event was great. The customer service and wait staff were excellent. The food was perfect and everyone had a great time. No complaints. Would highly recommend this venue.
