Serving Northern Alabama, The White Barn at Padgett Place is a wedding venue located in Laceys Spring, Alabama. Situated just 20 minutes from Downtown Huntsville, this property is conveniently located while remaining secluded and romantic for celebrations of love. Owner and Director Jana Stone Pladgett had been dreaming of creating this venue for years before she was able to bring her vision to life. She and her team now assist with crafting bespoke and stress-free events in a lush natural landscape where every detail has been arranged.

Facilities and Capacity
The extensive grounds at The White Barn at Padgett Place provide numerous sites for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions. The White Barn is a spacious and tastefully-appointed indoor pavilion that boasts a built-in bar and climate-controlled patio. Ceremony spots include the Lakeside Landing, a sweeping green on the banks of the 10-acre lake, and the Promenade, which overlooks the dock. A pristine white wooden Gazebo is also available for intimate ceremonies. Photographs can be taken in front of the Little Red Barn, a classic gabled building, or out in the woods, where hiking trails abound. The Mulberry Pass footbridge and Camellia Courtyard flower garden also make for lovely locations to snap photos with loved ones and the wedding party. The Cedar Cottage, a 1930s structure that has been lovingly restored, features a porch with a swing bed that can be enjoyed in the evenings.

Services Offered
The White Barn at Padgett Place has several packages that couples can tailor to their needs and preferences. The White Barn Package offers 10 hours of event time, 1.5 hours of rehearsal time, and access to the estate for an engagement photoshoot. Caterers can use the warming kitchen, herb garden, and stone oven to prepare the reception meal. 60-inch round tables, a decor inventory closet, chandeliers and string lights, and a golf cart are also provided. This option also comes with a day-of coordinator, vendor liaison, and a planning session 30 days prior to the event. The Magnolia Package adds an overnight stay after for the newlyweds, complimentary breakfast and champagne, and travel to the airport to begin the honeymoon. The Trinity Package is a three-day bundle that includes accommodations for the wedding party, a welcome picnic, massages, and manicures. A la carte services are also available so that couples can fully tailor their experience and enjoy a luxurious and unforgettable weekend.
