Beautiful job with the videography; the wedding movie was phenomenal. Should have previewed the video before showing it during reception. Had some technical difficulties showing it. Slower than expected to show video at reception, had to wait. Also waited more than a day to see the movie online. Everyone taking the video was extremely professional and hardly knew they were there. The interview that they did was awesome and we received many compliments on it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Our final wedding video was excellent, and we are very happy with the quality of the finished product. Unfortunately, the experience leading up to receiving it was extremely frustrating, and the communication with the owner was by far the worst part of working with Wedding Storytellers.

Just 2–3 weeks before our wedding, we genuinely did not know whether we were even going to have a wedding videographer. Communication was extremely difficult, and getting clear answers was a constant struggle during a time when we already had enough to worry about.

After the wedding, we were told that our video would be posted online so my wife’s family in Colombia, who were unable to attend our wedding, could watch it. That was especially meaningful to us, but it did not happen as promised.

We eventually received our wedding video about three months after the wedding, but only after repeatedly trying to contact the owner. Many times, it was difficult to get a response, and when we did receive one, we were given information or promises that did not end up matching what actually happened.

What makes the situation even more concerning is that we have friends who were married in July 2025 and used the same company, and as of now they still have not received their wedding video.

I want to be fair: the actual video we received is excellent. The quality of the work itself is not the reason for this review. The problem is the communication, reliability, and stress throughout the process. Your wedding video is something you only get one chance at, and couples should not have to spend the weeks before their wedding wondering whether their videographer is going to show up or spend months afterward repeatedly trying to get answers.
Based on our experience, despite how much we love our finished video, I cannot recommend Wedding Storytellers without serious improvements in communication, transparency, and follow-through.

Had to pay in full and up front. Terrible communication the whole time. No 6 months later and no video. Do not pay until you get your video.
