The Venue itself is a very beautiful hall and the bar definitely adds an amazing touch. However, the ratings I am giving are solely based on the service and quality. The venue owners are hard to get a hold of at times. We did not get everything we were promised or told. Our left over bottles from the bar and our supplies that we needed to provide were not returned to us. We were told there would be an inventory of alcohol and at the end of the night everything that was not finished would be returned to us. The bar ran out of ice and kept assuring us they had sent the boss to go get some more. Multiple wedding party members offered to go buy some more and were reassured it was taken care of. The ice was never bought. Certain extras that we paid (overpriced) for were not as promised. Decorating the venue was an issue as well. We were told we could decorate the morning of the wedding, however that did not happen, due to cleaning crews being there and materials from the previous event still being there example: liquor, juices etc. Then we were told by one owner to leave our decorations so they could set up for us along with instructions. The second owner then called us saying they don't do that and was not part of our package. Miscommunication was a problem. The owners never showed up the entire event until it was time for guests to leave. They showed up just long enough to make sure everyone was leaving. I would have done some things a little different but at the end of the day it was a beautiful wedding it was just a hard process to get there.
