Our wedding was back in November 2025, so this is an overdue review, but I wanted to share our experience working with The Ranch at Silver Creek Wedgewood team. Our day-of coordinator was Nicole, and our banquet captain was Megan. We actually looked at 2 Wedgewood venues: Redwood Canyon and The Ranch at Silver Creek. While the Redwood Canyon site was charming we ultimately decided to go with the Ranch due to proximity and its centralized location for family. When planning for our wedding, we knew that we wanted something that was all-inclusive to help mitigate any additional stress and decisions we'd need to make. We went with the Elite package, but we opted for our own photographer and officiant. It was so great knowing that the big vendor items, such as food and drink, rentals (chairs, tableware, linens and napkins), florals, cake, and DJ have all already been negotiated through Wedgewood to ensure that all couples are getting the best deal based on their situation and preferences. It was really easy working with the Wedgewood team - we always received a prompt response to our emails (typically within one day), and the team provided clear and detailed responses to our inquiries. Closer to our wedding date, we also received some phone calls from the team, just to check in and see if there was anything else that we needed. We do want to give special shout-outs to Nicole and Megan, who helped ensure that our day went by smoothly. Nicole was there during our rehearsal the day before, walking us and our wedding party through the ceremony processional and recessional, and going over the timeline and where to stand. On the day of the wedding, Nicole was so amazing at keeping us on time, and always just checking in with us to see if we needed anything. We had explained that we would be doing table visits (which usually entails taking shots at each table), but we asked the Wedgewood team to save an empty bottle of liquor filled with water. Nicole was so amazing at very swiftly taking away any (and all) shot glasses and handing it to our wedding party to prevent us from drinking too heavily, and she also made sure that our glasses were always filled with water. Megan was also so kind and amazing, making sure that we got our food, and even offered to reheat our plates. We were only expecting the food to be reheated, but Megan actually brought us a FRESH plate of food, for which we were grateful. Megan even made sure to pack away our cake and our food so that we were able to have a bite after the wedding. Megan also helped to pack away our things, which definitely expedited the cleanup for our wedding party. Overall, we had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Wedgewood, and our guests have also provided nothing but positive feedback. Thank you again to the Wedgewood team - especially Nicole and Megan - for making our day so easy!

We were very happy with our experience with the Wedgewood team. Even though you interact with different people every time, they are all experts at weddings and can guide you through the process.
They were very responsive and quickly answered all our questions and weird requests.
They give you a planning binder and schedule regular checkpoints to ensure you are making progress.
Overall, they made the process enjoyable and less stressful.

First off, the Ranch was such an amazing and stunning venue. For the late winter/early spring, we weather was on our side. It was amazing to see everything come together for the ceremony and reception.

Secondly, our venue coordinator, Monica, was an absolute pleasure to work with! From start to finish, she made our experience the best. We couldn't thank her enough for helping our visions come to reality. And our banquet captain, Megan was just darling! She was so helpful throughout our reception service and we couldn't be more thankful for you.

We absolutely love documenting weddings at this venue! There's so many great things to say about this venue and the people at Wedgewood Weddings.

First off, the people who work here truly care about your experience as a bride. They go above and beyond to make sure that you have the best wedding experience possible. That's not easy to find in the wedding industry, I promise.

Second, obviously the venue itself. It has some gorgeous Italian Villa inspired vibes and the views from the ceremony site are absolutely everything you could hope for. We can't wait to be back!

We had an excellent experience with the Wedgewood crew at The Ranch. They were with us every step of the way, making the entire process stress-free and smooth. I want to specifically mention our coordinator, Brittany. She was an amazing person who was always sweet and helpful, especially on our big day. Brittany made sure we stayed on schedule without feeling pressured to move from one part of the ceremony to the next. When it was time for her to hand off the reins to Jessica, our evening coordinator, the transition was seamless.

Lana and I could not have been happier with the whole process. Despite a series of storms during the week, the weather cleared up beautifully with blue skies on our wedding day. We picked March hoping for the hills to be stunningly green. We were not disappointed! The panoramic view overlooking San Jose was breathtaking! It was like something straight out of a movie! Unfortunately, our photographer is still working on the photos, but as soon as we have them, we'll be glad to share them!

Our wedding was the talk for months! It was unforgettable, beautifully decorated and handled so professionally by all the staff! Specifically Courtney! I what definitely recommend your wedding/ event here! Yes it’s pricey but we’ll worth it!

My husband and I got married in October 30th at The Ranch at Silver Creek and we were thrilled with our experience. The venue is managed by Wedgewood Weddings and they are a 5 star all-inclusive wedding planning business. I'm an event planner myself and I know how much effort it takes to plan an event, let alone a wedding. So I knew I'd need help and the Wedgewood team was with me every step of the way.

What I like about them is they aren't just a day-of wedding service. Instead you'll have 1 main point of contact as well as a team of coordinators that work with you all the way through your wedding day. We had a 10 month engagement and I never felt nervous or frustrated when working with Wedgewood, which was a relief. Whenever I emailed or texted the team, I'd receive a quick reply and they'd have the best recommendations. Our main POC was Katy and we also worked closely with Lindsey. Both ladies were incredible!

Wedgewood's wedding packages are also far superior to any other venues in the Bay Area. We booked the Elite package which included services like: florals, ceremony officiant, DJ & Photo Booth, food & bev, invitations, and wedding cake. You have the option to use your own venders for these services, you'll just have to make sure you hit your minimum. For me I LOVED the fact I didn't have to vet tons of vendors, because Wedgewood's vendors are high class and are very familiar with the venue. The only vendors I booked myself were photographer, videographer, hair & makeup artists and bus transportation. Wedgewood also gave me recommendations for these services and they have tons of discounts with companies that can enhance your wedding. I have so many good things to say about Wedgewood!

Now about the venue. The Ranch is one of Wedgewood's newest venues which was ideal for us, since no one we knew was married there before. Also it used to be a golf course & country club, but now it is a solely a wedding venue, so you won't have any looky-loos. The venue is on top of a hill with beautiful city views and has a Mediterranean villa vibe. It's a true gem in San Jose. It's also very easy to get to and not far from downtown or SJC airport, which was important for us.

There are two suites onsite for the bride & groom to get ready with their wedding parties which was helpful. We also liked how the venue had different areas to hold the ceremony, in case of weather issues. We were blessed with good weather on our wedding day, so we were able to have the ceremony outdoors, cocktail hour indoor & outdoor, and the reception was fully indoors. The Ranch also has a covered wrap around balcony so you and your guests will be protected and get amazing views of the scenery.

Overall this was the perfect venue for us and we were so thrilled with the Wedgewood Weddings team, we wish we could do it all over again.

In short...just WOW! From beginning to end, staff from The Ranch by wedgewood weddings provided impeccable service! My husband and I were incredibly grateful for how attentive, professional, fun, and customer-service oriented Orlando(Wedding Coordinator), Trevor(DJ), Agnes(Bartender) and other amazing staff like, Amelia, Eugenia, Josh, Karla, Francisco and Chris were. We-and our guests had a blast thanks to our wedding crew.

We had our ceremony at city hall and our reception at The Ranch which we started planning two months before our wedding. Orlando made the planning process stress-free and fun...The day of the wedding, Orlando was there for EVERYTHING necessary: he checked in on us consistently, whether we needed more drinks/food/etc., to remind us to take beautiful sunset photos, to make an impromptu bouquet when I realized I had forgotten mine and didn't have anything to throw during the bouquet toss..throughout the whole reception we felt so supported and accommodated. Our guests not only complimented our venue and its beautiful views, the appetizers, the drinks, the dinner, the late night snack tacos, the photo booth, but they also made it a point to say that every single person that was working during our reception carried themselves with such genuine friendliness and professionalism.

I know that our wedding celebration would not have been as amazing as it was, if not for the Ranch and its partnering vendors. Thank you SO much--we will recommend you to everyone we know!!

We had a small wedding last November. Prior to COVID, we chose this venue for our wedding. Unfortunately with COVID, we had to make a lot of adjustments. Instead of having 200 people, we downsized to 15 while still maintaining COVID protocols. Ruben and Amelia were extremely helpful and understanding in the process. They provided us suggestions as needed and were responsive to our emails/calls. The food and wine were also great. We are so grateful for Ruben and Ameila.
