Hi friends! I'm Jennifer, my husband Tony and I are the owners of The Promise of 2912 Wedding + Event Venue.

The Promise of 2912 is a one-of-a-kind wedding estate in Indiana, where couples have exclusive access to 24 acres and can design every detail of their dream day. We are breaking ground on this brand-new wedding and event venue by the end of 2025, with a grand opening planned for fall 2026 and an open booking calendar for 2027. We’re sharing construction updates and behind-the-scenes moments on Instagram and Facebook, and are currently meeting with couples to tour the property and secure their special dates.

The estate features four unique spaces for your wedding day:

The Promise Chapel – A bright, all-white chapel with floor-to-ceiling glass at the altar and French doors on both sides, offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Whether you say “I do” inside the light-filled sanctuary or on the outdoor lawn, the chapel creates a timeless, romantic backdrop for your ceremony.

The 2912 Event Building – A 5,000-square-foot reception space that combines vintage 1930s charm with modern luxury. The hall features soaring windows, a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system, an indoor and outdoor bar with a cocktail patio, and a prep kitchen for catering. Ideal for up to 250 guests, it’s perfect for grand receptions, elegant dinners, and unforgettable celebrations.

The Constance Bridal House – You don’t get a bridal suite here, you get an entire bridal house! Just a short stroll from the main venue, this 1,700-square-foot private bridal house is a serene retreat for the bridal party. With space for up to ten guests, optional overnight accommodations allow the celebration to continue seamlessly, from morning coffee to midnight laughter. Every wedding morning and moment of preparation takes place in comfort and privacy.

The Michael Wayne Lounge – A speakeasy-inspired retreat for the groom and his party, featuring large TVs, a dry bar, and gaming systems. Warm, inviting textures and lighting create a relaxed space to unwind, share laughter, and make memories before the ceremony.

Every detail across the property has been thoughtfully designed, from climate-controlled interiors and luxurious restrooms to wooded trails, scenic views, and peaceful creekside photo spots. Couples can work with our preferred vendors or bring their own creative team to craft a day that is completely unique.
