The Place at Gilead has paused booking weddings at this time.

We are still unsure of how construction (Blue Oval Battery Plant) and the widening of the road by the state of Kentucky will affect us.

We appreciate the support everyone has given us over the years and hope to offer weddings as an option again at some point. We want our couples to experience a beautiful setting for their wedding and we just cannot guarantee that until more information is given from the state.

Great Experience at The Place at Gilead

We got married at The Place at Gilead on August 25th. We absolutely loved it! The venue was perfect. They building is air conditioned and heated for all seasons. The house and cottage were perfect for the wedding party to get ready in and have somewhere to relax before the wedding and a safe place for personal items during the wedding. We couldn’t have asked for anytime more. The staff made our day run smoothly and everything was very organized. The staff at The Place at Gilead are friendly, caring and very genuine people. I highly recommend The Place at Gilead!
