Pine Hollow was amazing!! Everything I wanted or needed was handled as soon as I asked for it. Emma is such a great help with all the planning and she takes control the night of the wedding so you don't have to worry about anything except to have fun. This venue was absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier with my choice.

If I could give Pine Hollow more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Choosing Pine Hollow as our wedding venue was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. From the moment you drive up the gorgeous golf course to the venue, you're surrounded by breathtaking scenery that immediately sets the tone for an unforgettable day. The grounds are absolutely stunning, and the venue itself is beautifully designed with a modern, elegant aesthetic that fit my wedding vision perfectly.

While the venue is incredible on its own, what truly sets Pine Hollow apart is the exceptional staff. Every single person was kind, professional, attentive, and worked seamlessly throughout the entire day and evening. Everything flowed effortlessly, and they made sure not only that my husband and I were taken care of, but also our parents, families, wedding party, and every single guest. It was clear that making everyone feel comfortable and welcomed was a top priority.

The biggest reason we ultimately chose Pine Hollow, however, was Susan, the Director of Catering. From our very first meeting, I knew I could trust her completely. Susan made the entire planning process feel easy, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. She was on top of every detail from beginning to end and handled everything with such precision and care that I never once had to worry. No request was ever too much, no question ever went unanswered, and she approached every detail with incredible professionalism and attention.

What truly makes Susan so special is how much she genuinely cares. She didn't just care about creating the perfect wedding for us—she cared about our families and every single guest. She remembered details about people, made everyone feel welcomed, and ensured that each person had an exceptional experience. That level of personal attention is incredibly rare and speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. Honestly, Susan alone was enough for us to choose Pine Hollow, but the way she runs her team so exceptionally well, made it all that much easier. She made our wedding day feel effortless, magical, and everything we had dreamed of.

The food was another highlight of the evening. Our guests are still talking about how absolutely delicious everything was! Every course was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations. I can also garentee that they have a fantastic bar that had our guests on the dance floor the entire night then rolling home from all the fun they had!

Pine Hollow also made working with all of our vendors incredibly easy. Everyone coordinated seamlessly, communication was excellent, and the entire day came together without a single hiccup. Having a venue that works so well with outside vendors made the experience even more stress-free.

Our wedding day exceeded every expectation we had, and Pine Hollow played such a huge role in making that happen. The stunning venue, incredible staff, amazing food, flawless organization, and, most importantly, Susan's dedication, kindness, and expertise created the most perfect day we could have ever imagined.

If you're looking for a wedding venue where you'll feel genuinely cared for from the first planning meeting until the very last dance, Pine Hollow is the place. We are beyond grateful and will cherish the memories they helped create for the rest of our lives.

This is the place to hold a wedding on Long Island. Emma and her staff leave nothing to chance and are very detailed.
Not only are they professional, they are a pleasure to work with and most accommodating. The food is top top top knotch.

Emma and her team are amazing. I did not have to worry about anything when working with them. The attention that I received throughout my wedding day was unbelievable.
