The Phoenix Palate is a local culinary concept founded by Alexis Armijo. We focus not just on delivering great food, but also deliver top notch experiences.

Our focus is making sure the food matches your theme, food preferences, accommodates to allergies or dietary restrictions, and of course stays within your budget. We custom design all of our menus because we know every wedding is unique and different.

In addition to providing catering we offer experiences such as cooking classes, brunches, tea parties, private dinners, and local food tours. We can not only help make your Big Day memorable but help you plan your bridal shower, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and rehearsal dinner. When you book more than one experience with us we do provide package deals.

All of our events are able to have a bartender and servers to assure you get the best service possible.

Unlike other companies we are able to offer any type of cuisine. We have chefs who specialize in American Formal, Mexican, Italian,French, Southern, Greek, Indian, Middle Eastern, Chinese, Vietnamese and so many other cusines!

All of our staff is culinary trained and well skilled to make sure your guests will be talking about the food, presentation and service for years to come.
