This venue was absolutely perfect for our wedding weekend. If you are planning a wedding in northwest Arkansas, do yourself a favor and book the Mansion. Andi & Jeremy Pratt are incredible people and hosts. The venue is warm, inviting, charming, just the right amount of fancy, and has a special sparkle at night. We got married at the end of October 2020, and only had about 2 months to plan the whole thing. I live in Los Angeles, but I had a small less-than-20 person wedding in NWA so my grandma could attend. The Mansion was a wonderful “base of operations” for our wedding weekend, as well as a magical venue for the wedding reception. We booked an extra 3 nights at the Mansion for guests & us to stay. It was nicer than a hotel! There are 5 bedrooms and each has their own bathroom. The bridal suite is huge. We had the reception dinner, catered breakfast, and wedding reception all at the Mansion, and each “event’ felt special and unique. The main hall is gorgeous with natural light and a perfect party location. I planned the whole event with the help of my mom in a short amount of time, and I would 100% do it all exactly the same way again. Andi & Jeremy helped with everything from setting up a bonfire for us to helping clear the table at breakfast to driving us around for wedding pictures on the farm. They were so helpful and extremely on top of their hosting game. So impressed. The venue is fantastic all on its own, and their kindness and helpfulness are the extra stars on top! Worth every penny!

Will definitely recommend this wedding venue. We had our wedding scheduled at beginning of pandemic but was unfortunately rescheduled for a later time but they worked with us in every way possible to make our dream wedding come true. We couldn’t be happier.

The Mansion at the Orchard was the PERFECT venue for this covid bride. When the pandemic broke out and we made the decision to postpone our wedding, they could not have been more accommodating. The integrity with which they handled the whole situation was amazing. Not only did they allow us to change our date with no extra charge, they still let us use their venue on our original date for a small, family-only ceremony. Once the big day rolled around, they were right there in the thick of it, helping distribute, organize, and communicate. The venue was so beautiful and perfect for our wedding and on top of that, the owners are just awesome people. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Absolutely loved this venue and the owners! I been to over 200 weddings (performing as a musician) and never have I come across such a wonderful venue and hosts as Jeremy and Andi! Jeremy and Andi were so helpful throughout the entire wedding day! My sisters wedding was held inside the Mansion, it was all so clean and sophisticated. The steps leading up to the altar area, encircled with huge windows and drapes, made such a stunning, dramatic effect! It was a dream to experience and made incredible photos! Andi was so helpful during the photoshoot and made my sisters dream come true in bringing their horse, Ruben, for a photo shoot with the newlyweds! Andi also drove the wedding crew to gorgeous areas on the property to capture the best photo opportunities! The wedding and reception ran seamlessly thanks to the support and attention to detail that Andi and Jeremy provided. I highly recommend The Mansion at the Orchard! We will re-live the memories for the rest of our lives!

This venue is top notch! During the panic of the rehearsal, the owner swooped in and fixed everything! The stress she took off me was phenomenal. The rooms are perfect, the hall is my dreams and the outside area was amazing! The day of the wedding she took over and made everything work! She did all this with permission! She was there to help and stood in the back ground if needed! I was so appreciative of her help! And her husband!! They made my experience 100% perfection! We drove 2 hours and it was worth every bit! I can’t explain how much I loved my wedding, the owners and the venue itself. If you’re considering this place, you will NEVER be disappointed!

Listen to me, now!! It was our first wedding to plan. This venue has ALL you need to be successful in having a wedding in a private setting, getting exceptional service for any need you have, and finding a place that provides facilities that make it an all inclusive destination!
Our two families came together from out of town and we wanted a place that would be be private for the ceremony, convenient to the airport and hotel, and keep the wedding party close to the venue. The Orchard's accommodations for lodging, cooking and dining made our decision on a venue an easy one! Andi and Jeremy were great to work with!! They helped us in so many ways, that made this first time experience of giving our daughter and her husband the wedding they wanted, a wonderful experience!!!

This venue should be at the top of your list. Where other venues charge $5,000 for the day they charge $5,000 for the whole weekend and your family and wedding party get to stay on location with you. It’s gorgeous and the owners are incredible they help you through everything including day of planning and organizing!

My son and daughter in law had two major requests for their wedding.

1. They wanted an outdoor wedding.
2. They wanted it to be as stress free as possible for them and their families.

We found The Orchards online late on evening and text them to see if we could set a time to look at it. Within 25 minutes from the text, we were on site and meeting with Andi. The bride and groom fell in love with the venue. Andi and Jeremy are extremely helpful and professional. The wedding was this past weekend and it was absolutely beautiful. Andi and Jeremy were always close by and willing to help and accommodate with decorating, setup, or questions or any need that we had. If they weren't close by, they were simply just a text away. But the day of the ceremony and reception, they simple blew us away!! They went above and beyond any expectations that we had with their service, professionalism, and contagious attitudes. They literally made the day amazing! Not to even mention how beautiful the venue is. The back patio and yard was perfect for the ceremony and the reception inside was breathtaking. So many of our family and guests told us how beautiful the venue was and they even commented how awesome Andi and Jeremy were! They definitely exceed any expectations that the bride and groom and their families had! You cannot go wrong with having your wedding at The Orchard! (or any other event for that matter!) Just as an example of their customer service, my wife and I were having a crisis for the rehearsal dinner because the cook tops were not boiling the potatoes for the rehearsal dinner fast enough......Andi came into the kitchen area (I didnt even know she was there) and before I knew what was happening, she had talked to my wife, was taking the potatoes next door to finish cooking them for us and had them back in just a few minutes so that we could serve the bridal party and families! They literally say that they want to help as much as possible and make it an amazing experience. A lot of people say that, but Andi and Jeremy truly practice it!

The grounds and mansion are stunningly beautiful and breathtaking, but even that is surpassed by Andi and Jeremy! They are truly beautiful people, and in simple terms that was used by families and the bridal party, just "AWESOME"!

Quick to respond and informative tour. Polite, friendly and extremely helpful. The venue and grounds are absolutely amazing and you can tell they care about all of the details of your event. Looking forward to getting married here in July!

Jeremy and Andi are a dream and so is their venue. We came in on a Thursday to a very clean and beautiful property with plenty of room for the entire wedding party. We had one family come in the next night and there was a couple of very comfortable air mattresses to accommodate them in the overflow area. The beautiful part was being able to decorate the property the night before and clean up the day after the wedding. For the price of renting a hall for the reception, we had twenty people from Thur-Sun, cooked our meals, decorated the hall, had plenty of game nights, and a wedding reception. Talk about getting your money’s worth!!!

Andi repeated one phrase, “...there’s no need to great or small...” and boy did they walk their talk!
I watched them do things for us that I didn’t even know to ask them to do. They just hopped right in and did what needed doing. They have an intuitive style of helping.

The hall was gorgeous and plenty of space for dancing and our 65 guest along with room for our Murder Mystery troupe to perform and engage the audience.

We saved more money by having our caterer use the plates, silverware, glasses etc. that were already on the premesises. They also had table and chairs available too so that saved us money. All we had to purchase was decorations for the tables and the tablecloths and napkins. They had everything else!

The bride wanted lights strung over the hall and that was easily done as well with the outlets being where they were. The bridal suite is a dream as well. All the mirrors and makeup station in the bridal suite gives the wedding party a place to get ready so that the groom and bride do not have to see each other even though we all stayed there.

They also sent us a planning sheet for us to fill out so they could make sure to greet the caterer, and entertainment who arrived before we left the wedding venue. They seemed to arrange their entire day around us. We wanted for nothing and they anticipated our every need. Jeremy and Andi are true professionals with that personal touch. You walk away feeling like they had nothing better to do then to make sure your event was a huge hit!

Do yourself a tremdous favor and book this venue. You WILL NOT regret it!
We will not hesitate to use The Orchard again! Cost effective, comfortable accommodations, ability to cook all our meals, plenty of room for gaming, beautiful outdoors and so much more.
