We first met Ross of Nashville DJ at a Bridal Show. We both liked him from the very beginning. He seemed very eager and willing to do whatever was needed to make your event go off without a flaw. I was so saddened when this was not what we received from him throughout the process. I would email him several times and not receive a response until days or even weeks later. Each time giving us an excuse on how busy life had gotten for him. He didnt have time to meet up with us before our event to discuss what we had pictured and wanted so we were scrambling to get everything together the day of the wedding. Our first dance song was messed up in the middle of the dance and we felt embarrassed and saddened that such an important wedding aspect was not like we had wanted. I made the mistake of paying in full beforehand so because of that I was not able to get any compensation for our being dissatisfied with his performance. For the hassle and heartache that this vendor has caused us I believe we should have been given compensation since his performance was not what was promised to us. I would not recommend this vendor again.
